When we were originally looking to purchase a double stroller, we had debated on a side-by-side or a tandem. After all the pain-in-the-[...] stories we heard about side-by-sides being to wide to fit thru some doorways and how difficult it could be to get thru a childrens clothing store, we decided to get a tandem and we are SO VERY HAPPY that we did!! We have a newborn and a 2 1/2 yr old and this stroller is fantastic! There is plenty of room for both kids (I personally prefer the 2 1/2 yr old in the front seat and the infant carrier in the back seat for the baby). There is plenty of room for a diaper bag under the back seat, even when the back seat is being used with the infant carrier. Some people argue that this stroller is a little heavy, but for what you get out of it, you don't even notice (it's honestly not much heavier than any other double stroller, and it's even lighter than some). I have a van and I have no problems handling the stroller in and out of my van. It was very simple to assemble when I purchased it. It is also very easy to open and close (you can easily do it with one hand), parts don't fall off and it is really not all that difficult to get used to pushing around. It is obviously longer than a traditional single stroller, so really all you have to do is get used to the fact that it is just a little longer. I like that you can remove the trays from the front and back seat if you do not want them. The front umbrella shade is also very easily removable. I was also very happy that it accomodated my Snugride infant carrier/carseat that I purchased with a different single seat Graco stroller that I had for my first born. It was nice not to have to buy another infant carrier and another base for my car. My friend has children ages 4, 3, 2, 1 and she's pregnant with her fifth ~ this stroller has been a lifesaver for her too! We highly recommend it!!

I have 4 boys- 3 of them are 2 and under. And this stroller has been a wonderful stroller!! I got it when I was pregnant with number 3 and have used it since then. I love the 5 point harness on both the front and back seats. I love the big basket under it. And the steering is wonderful!!!! My husband and I both looked at a lot of strollers because we bought one, and none of them turned like this stroller! The front wheels turn so it makes turning so easy! I am short 5'3" and my husband is tall 6'3" and we both are comfortable pushing the stroller. This is a must have for anyone with twins or with children close in age! Great stroller!
Great overall, minor drawbacks

This is a great product so far. I have an 18 month old and a 3 month old. I like the sleek and sophisticated pattern, easy handling, and convenience of this double stroller. I am 5'5", and my husband is 6'4". We both are able to maneuver this stroller comfortably and easily.
The minor drawbacks are:
1) The front tray/panel is diffucult to shut. I have to kind of bang it to get it to close. I'm hoping that it will get easier with more use.
2) Sometimes the infant carrier (Graco Snugride) is a little hard to get in and out. I have to wiggle it in, and to get it out, sometimes I have to push down on the carrier while pulling the release handle. Since there is an easy remedy and the infant carrier is a short stage in the life of the stroller, I don't consider this a big deal.
I would buy this product again and recommend it to others.
Great when the new baby is little

I bought this stroller when I was pregnant for my 2nd child. My older son was 12 months when she was born. It came in handy at first... especially since I couldn't get one of those sit and stand strollers b/c my son was too little.
One problem I had was the graco infant seat we had was sometimes hard to get out... once I came very close to hitting my son's head (he was sitting in the front seat).
Another is once my daughter was old enough (5 months) she would scream b/c she didn't want to be in the infant seat and she couldn't see over my son's head when in the backseat. If we tried putting him the back he would kick the front seat.
And last but not least it is bulky. I have an Xterra and it takes up most of the back.
We know have the in-step double jogging stroller. They love it but I miss the parent tray.
Overall it was good when I had one in the infant carrier but now she is 7 months, can sit up and weighs 20 pounds it just sits in our storage unit.
good stroller

We have enjoyed using this stroller. It was fairly easy to put together. We have a graco snugseat that we bought for our first child and it fits in the first seat but it's too wide to fit in the back. So our 2 year old rides in the back when we use the snugseat with the stroller. That makes it a little tight for her but nothing we can't manage. One thing that needs improvement is the tray that snaps on to the front seat gets scratched up on the ground when the stroller is collapsed to put into the car. So now we have a brand new stroller that has a tray that's all scraped up. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

We are very happy with our Graco Double Stroller. It is everything we were looking for and I love that everyone has their own cup/snack holder. I have found it easy to work and confortable for my kids.
Every part on this stroller has broken off

This is a terrible stroller. The canopies do not stay on, the snack trays constantly pop off, the basket doesnt stay closed and everything falls out. Wow, this is very disappointing from Graco and I highly recommend avoiding this one at all costs.
If I could give it a neg star, I would! :( NOT A TWIN STROLLER

I have last year's version of this stroller, but nothing's changed. This stroller is not meant for twins, it's meant for a toddler and new baby. When the twins became too big for their car seats, this stroller became totally useless, because the front seat will not safely hold a 9 month old child. The straps allow my son to pitch forward out of them, and slide through them left and right.
While they were still in their carseats, the front seat would give us trouble accepting the Graco Snug Ride carseat every time. The clips wouldn't click into place, and when we went to remove the seats to place them back in the car, they wouldn't release.
In addition to this major flaw, nearly everything on the stroller has broken, and everytime you go to open the stroller (a feat requiring two hands and a helper) you have to fight the basket from snagging on the wheels, the seatback for the infant seat from snagging on the frame, and the badly designed canopies from popping off. I can't even sell this on consignment because I wouldn't want to put another family through what we've suffered with this contraption. Oh, and it weighs a ton too.
We haven't decided what we're switching to, but I will be gleefully dumping this piece of dung.

DO NOY BUY THIS STROLLER!!! My six month old son was in the back seat and it completely folded up and LOCKED!!It took 2 huge men and 5 mintues to break this stroller to get him out. I don't care if it is a 1 in 1,000,000 chance that it happened to me i would not ever buy this stroller again. After this happened, I throw away this stroller and STRONGLY advise against buying this for your children. It was a nightmare for me and I have never felt so strongly about a product. DO NOT RISK YOUR CHILDRENS SAFETY
