We recently purchased and have been happily using the Quinny Buzz Stroller. After looking at many strollers (bugaboo, stokke, peg perego, etc) we chose the quinny. We have also previously owned, Aprica, Macleren, Graco and Peg Perego strollers. We love how it unfolds at a touch (safety band prevents accidental unfolding) and it is by far the smoothest stroller on all kinds of terrain, from your neighborhood sidewalk to traversing across a grassy park. I personally love the way it looks and it doesn't have the strolling spectacle flavor of say the stokke. I also was concerned about the ease of use and unfolding/folding because of earlier reviews on the the Quinny. However, this must have been a problem that was worked on by the manufacturer, as we find the quinny extremely simple to use, and although folding does require a bit of strength, once you get used to it you know exactly where and how to push down so that it folds quite easily. The only major flaw I found and to me it's literally a "massive" flaw, is that it is so HUGE when it is folded. It is so big it will undoubtedly take up most of your vehicle's trunk as it does ours. We have the Audi Q7, and we cannot use half of the third row if we want to fit the stroller in back. Our Peg Perego and Macleren both fit very nicely. A secondary flaw is the short sun-shade, which the manufacturer somewhat compensates for by providing a zip-in windshield. Our stroller came with a basket which I believe is new, as older reviews talked about the lack of a basket and constantly kicking a bag that attached to the rear. The basket though not huge is adequate for us and we can easily fit a 12"x10"x5" diaper bag in it with some extra bottles of water. In conclusion, if you can handle the large size and weight, it is indeed an excellent and very stylish stroller that works well in all conditions.

As a father of 5, we have had more strollers than I can count. They were all hard to steer, ugly, plasticy, ugly, stained and ugly. The Quinny Buzz is so easy to move around. You can turn on a dime. We bought one in England and love it. It's aluminum frame is strong and light. In addition, we love the Dreami bassinet and the Maxi-Cosi car seat that work with it. Plus it looks like a piece of modern art. It has a very cool design. We are so impressed that we are going to buy the Quinny Zapp for the airplane. Definitely would recommend this stroller to the most discerning buyer.

I have had this stroller since last summer and I take it everywhere I go!! I love it. What I love the most is the way it steers---it is so easy to push whether you're shopping in a mall or walking on a rugged sidewalk. The other features that I love are the seat options--facing forward or backward, option for the bassinet or carseat and I LOVE the adjustable handlebar. Sometimes I have on flats and sometimes heels, but either way the handle is always perfect. Opening and closing is simple and easy--takes just a few second to even close. I have a minivan and my hubby drives an Acura MDX, so we've never had a problem with space.
br /
br /I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons:
br /
br /--The back wheels are extremely wide and I get caught on things constantly. It happens almost everytime I use it. There are definitely spaces and aisles it will not fit through.
br /
br /--The storage space underneath is a joke. It is so so small and pretty much holds nothing. Even when I put something in it, the basket is so shallow that i'm scared stuff will fall out of it.
br /
br /Those are the single two downfalls that I really have an issue with. Other than that the stroller is perfect---and I think it pushes just as easy if not easier than the Bugaboo. It is definitely worth the money! Enjoy!

This stroller not only looks good but has incredibly easy maneuverability on city sidewalks. It is lightweight and cushiony for city bumps and curbs yet easy to wheel in stores and restaurants. The dreamy bassinet has been great for my one month old and we use it not only to stroll but as a bassinet inside the house. I have been impressed with the accesories included with the bassinet as well as the stroller itself including fleece blanket, snow cover, mosquito net and rain cover. The whole system is compact and lightweight compared to other strollers out there and the car seat completes the integration. We have been enjoying these three products so much that we now are going to purchase the Quinny Zapp as a travel stroller. We knew we were taking a gamble to purchase products from this line that haven't been in the US for long but have been thoroughly impressed and happy with the purchase. The only things I wish they would consider is to make a compatible cup holder for the stroller and a rain cover that isn't made from PVC.

Pros:
br /* This is one of the coolest looking strollers out there, and every where I go with it, people come up and ask me about it.
br /* it is incredibly maneuvrable and easy to push. I can easily push it with one hand (and hold my coffee in the other!). It's also easy going through doors because I can hold the door with one hand and flip the stroller through with the other.
br /* the telescoping handle allows you to have it quite high and it is very comfortable for walking.
br /* one button spring release - I forgot how hard it could be to open a stroller - I simply press the button and it pops into position!
br /* adaptability: you can use the bassinet, the maxi cosi car seat, the regular seat (forward or rear facing)
br /* handling: it handles cobblestones well and is easy to bounce up and down stairs
br /* It is a great way to travel with an infant since you will have both the stroller and car seat all together, but I am not sure that I will travel with it now that my son is outgrowing his car seat.
br /
br /Cons:
br /* The basket that hangs under is small and difficult to put things in.
br /* everything (except opening the stroller), seems to require two hands (which means you really need three!). For example, you must press your thumbs on opposite sides and at the same time lift or tilt the seat. I am sure this is a safety feature, but it can be awkward to use two hands to recline the seat because then you don't have a hand free to put it in position.
br /* the covers are difficult to remove for cleaning
br /* The recline positions basically seem to be up or completely flat. Even though there are 3 positions in the forward facing position - in reality it is just up and down since the 2 down positions are so close to each other. There is no intermediate position.
br /* it is still pretty large when folded, and I am now looking for a smaller stroller.
br /****** The straps on the regular seat do not extend very long. My 8 month old son is already at the max!! I can attach the straps to a higher position, but I cannot lengthen them anymore.
br /
br /Recommendation:
br /This is great if you do a lot of walking and have a car with a lot of trunk space (I can't put anything else in my trunk when the stroller is there). I also suggest you find out if the strap issue has been resolved because I really don't know how I will be able to use the stroller very long seeing how short the straps are.
Unbelieveable!

This stroller is amazing! We saw these when we lived in the U.K. and were so excited when we realized that they had come to the states. Some of the websites had long waits for back-orders but on Amazon we were able to get this in time for the birth of our first grandchild. It is a dream to use and to put up and down. I sure wish that there would have been a product like this when I had kids. And, it is less expensive than the Bug-a-boo and I believe just as good of a product.
br /Thanks!

As a mother of 3, I have tried so many strollers, and all have ended up at our local children's resale shop or garage sale. Up until now I have never found one that I could recommend to others let alone rate 5 stars.
br /
br /I purchased this stroller online as it is not available in many US stores, it is not the cheapest stroller available, at least not for us, so needless to say I was very anxious and hanging on every word of written reviews until I received it. I have to say I am so thrilled with my purchase!
br /
br /The Buzz is beautifully made and attractive (I get sooo many compliments and inquiries, "where did you get that????" The material of the seat is smooth and comfortable. My daughter is a large baby (she is 28lbs at 9 months)so this was a concern for us not being able to try her in it before buying it. She is sooo comfy now, we never knew how much we were missing with our standard graco travel system. The buzz has drastically reduced the in store fits :). When baby gets ansy we just flip the seat around and she can see out or us. It is easy to manuever, opens automatically, and in my opinion folds more compact than our graco.
br /
br /I do wish it came with a cupholder(s), but we purchased the bugaboo one and it works fine. Storage was a concern at first glance, but has not been a problem. It is actually nice because it causes you to bring the necessities and prevents overpacking the large diaper bag and later digging for things desperate to find the wipes or binki. We have been able to scale down and use a smaller bag, and life with a baby has just gotten easier. Which for any mom, is a HUGE blessing and most would say worth any amount of money. If you can treat yourself to one thing, treat yourself to the buzz.

Don't buy this stroller! For being such an expensive stroller Quinny Buzz made from very cheap material. Especially back (inflatable tires), it just a joke, we got a fist flat tire after 3 month of use. They sent us one replacement after 4 weeks, meanwhile we took old (el-cheapo stroller from our friends). After one year both tires went flat (I don't know what kind of rubber they are using, but tires were completely worn off). This time customer service wasn't that friendly they were keep saying us ("out of stock", "wait 4 weeks" and other BS). And they told me that tires for Quinny Buzz is not for sale in Canada (where we live) and could be only ordered from UK. So forget about warranty, you can't get one even if you want to pay for stupid tires. 4 month left!!! We still use old "el-cheapo" stroller that we borrowed from friends a year ago. My wife keep calling customer support once for a while, just because I make too much fun from this story. We bought it in Sears (Canada).
Love it!

We have used the Quinny Buzz for our son for four months now. To begin with we used the frame with the Maxi Cosi car seat and have only recently also started using the regular seat. Both ways have worked very well for us. This stroller it sturdy (we have used in on dirt trails several times), easy to maneuver (we have strolled through lots of crowded stores) and also pretty (we have gotten lots of compliments in NYC, which is otherwise full of Bugaboos)! We also love the fact that it can be folded with the seat on (when facing forward). The frame is definitely heavy, but once we got the hang of folding it and hauling it into and out of the trunk of the car, it hasn't been too bad.
Well worth the $$$

Although this stroller is expensive, it is well worth the money.
br /
br /pros -
br /large wheels = comfortable smooth ride
br /folds/unfolds easily = to fold you press 2 buttons on the side and push down, to unfold simply pull up, gently, on the handlebar and it unfolds automatically.
br /storage bag included = there is a good size storage/diaper bag that attaches in back of the stroller between the tires. It has a great cover attached so that the bag won't get wet and dirty. This also holds the pump for the tires.
br /
br /cons -
br /I didn't find these items to be cons, but some people may.
br /There is no cup holder like on many other stroller models. I never used mine on another stroller I had so it didn't bother me.
br /Storage is limited. There is an additional storage basket you can purchase that goes in between the wheels, it's not huge but it gets the job done.
br /
br /The ease, comfort and function outweigh any minor annoyances. This is a very popular brand in Europe and seems to be catching on in the States. I use the Maxi Cosi carseat and couldn't be happier. My baby girl loves the carseat/stroller. If she is napping I don't have to worry about waking her up since the wheels are so smooth, even on cobblestone streets. If you know you want on and are able to budget a little extra money a month throughout the pregnancy then it doesn't seem to be so costly. For more information visit the website at www.quinny.com. I love mine!

Functional is great, but the truth is today's parents want style too - even (or maybe, especially!) when it comes to baby gear. We were frustrated with the sheer lack of good looking, functional stroller options - although we'd seen the Quinny online it just blew the other strollers out of the water when we saw it in person. We are using ours for our newborn with the Maxi Cosi infant carseat (also a great purchase). The Quinny Buzz is our favorite baby purchase so far.

We used to have a Combi stroller for my daughter (now 15 months) since she was born and she never liked it from day one and made it very hard to go anywhere with her. When I saw this stroller, I really liked not only the features but also the price. It has same features as Bugaboo but it's a lot cheaper!
br /My daughter loves this stroller. She never complains when I take her out in stroller and it just made my life so much easier...

It is cool, and our son looks so comfortable in it. We have had couple of strollers before (including the Stokke one) and this one just works better. Relatevely heavy, but have no trouble going down the stairs on hind wheels. The canopy works very well, and really keeps my son out of the Sun. All in all, we love it!

We thought this looked good and would be a comfortable ride for our little guy, but unfortunately we've not been able to use it for the last SIX weeks because one of the back tires has disintegrated. We used this maybe 30 times over the course of 5 months and had several punctures that are now beyond repair. We've been waiting for over a month for Quinny to send a replacement. Aside from this, the stroller is large and really heavy. There are probably far more useful strollers out there that still look good - I noticed Maxi Cosi has one that also connects to its mico car seat (which we have, and it is great). Avoid the Buzz!

We love this stroller! When we were stroller shopping, I was single-minded about picking the carseat first and from there, the best stroller available to match. We decided on the Britax Companion infant seat and I still am 100% happy with our decision. Where we went wrong was underestimating the importance of a great stroller. The Buzz is far superior to the stroller we bought to match our Companion. The reasons it is better are things that I didn't understand the importance of before baby was here. I'm not even going to touch on how unbelievably sexy and innovative this new stroller is and as you can see from other reviews, it lives up to the hype. Here are the two reasons that have made me a believer:
br /
br /1) Comfortable seat. -- The buzz has thick, dense, cushy foam and hugs our little one like a dream. She is incredibly content in this seat which makes long walks fun again. Our other stroller has a canvas covered thick cardboard seat. I now understand why she was not happy in there for long.
br /
br /2) Sunshade is incredibly flexible and can keep the sun out of her eyes from any angle. -- I live in Seattle and this was a detail that didn't seem important to me pre-baby. I was wrong. The sunshade on our other stroller is short and inflexible. It worked great, as long as the sun was behind baby. When we turned to walk the other direction, I would need to use a blanket thrown over to shield her. Not the case with the Buzz. The sunshade is incredible, it can fold down flat to completely encase the baby if necessary.
br /
br /I'm not sure what I would have done differently from the beginning because I love our carseat and loved having a stroller frame to put the carseat on. But, now that we're at the stroller phase (5 months) I see incredible value in the buzz and am really happy to have one!

We love this stroller. Absolutely love it. The real tires and the way it rolls provide an incredibly smooth ride. The seat, car seat and bassinet are all easily exchangeable for use. It folds quickly and easily, and it's even better when unfolding.
br /We went into the store we bought it from intending to test out the quinny and the bugaboo, fully prepared to buy the bug if that's what we liked best. The quinny won without contest. We played with both while the salespeople were helping other customers. We had almost no questions about the Quinny, but the bugaboo we couldn't even figure out how to fold it without help. The ride was also better. The seat on the Quinny feels like it's a tempurpedic foam or something similar, so squishy and it feels so comfy!

I have the 2006 european version which is the same besides the seat fabric. Its a cool stroller but I haven't used it yet because its been broken for almost a year now and dorel won't help resolve the problem. The hydraulics are set inside the main tube and presses against a metal piece which reinforces the stroller when expanded, and bears the force when you collapse the stroller. Well that metal piece broke no longer has the hydraulic action. While I can still manually expand it and it still locks into place, I dare not put my son on it because without that hydraulic piston reinforcing the weight, the stroller with collapse. If anyone can help I woujld appreciate it.
br /
br /Another problem is the tire started leaking but I managed to find Innertubes from a sporting good store to replace them. In case you end up with a puncture or leak in your tires ( As many or most people will ) You want to replace the innertube with a 12" tube.

We bought our Quinny whilst in England via some gift money. We felt a little guilt at first due to the cost but after our first week with a newborn any apprehension has disappeared. Quinny has primarilly been used as bassinet......baby loves it been in and out of stores......best part is the one touch open up....quinny is an awesome product.

Though it is a beautiful looking stroller, and a very smooth ride, this product is definetly not worth the money. It is extremely heavy and doesn't fold very well. Seat must be taken out completely or facing forward in order for it to fold. The wheels are very far apart and don't go through doors of many stores and isles. The sun canopy doesn't cover very much and I often have to add a sheet of some sort to cover my baby's eyes from the sun.
br /If you live in a city, definetly don't get this stroller-bad in small spaces, doesn't collapse easily, when folded it is very big and takes up a lot of space, and very heavy.
br /Pros-comfortable seat and smooth ride

This is a 3-star stroller, maybe a 4-star, at under $200.
br /
br /At the current price, it's a big fat zero, but I have to give it one because it looks neat.
br /
br /If you want to pay an enormous amt of money for looks, rather than giving the difference to charity or buying books or putting it in your kids' college fund, then go to town.
br /
br /I was not impressed however ... but like I said, if you've got money to earn and price is immaterial to you, go for it.
