This was the best buy that I have ever made. I bought this in Europe when it first came out over 10 years ago. Since then I have used it on my 2 children and 5 neices and nephews. It cleans up like new and I have had offers from people to buy it for what I paid for it 10 years ago. I have had no problems with this at all. If you want a stroller that will last you a lifetime this would be it.

We did tons of research and looked at the Quinny as well as other brands before settling on this. A local store carried Peg Perego, but not the Pramette. We found it in a catalog and then ordered it online in the Winter of 2007. We wanted a stroller that a car seat easily clicked into, that was fairly light weight so I could pick it up (I'm petite 5'); easy to fold and unfold, was comfortable for our child, would grow with her, and had the option of letting her fully recline in a bassinet position. This was the only stroller that we found could do this without attachments. It's genius! With just a few flips of the fabric and some zippers, this stroller allows you to choose between: (1) clicking in a peg perego car seat (one step- no attachments needed); (2) folding down and zippering a bit for a comfy and encased bassinet (has a boot that comes with it to keep baby warm) (also comes w/ rain shield); or (3) using it as an older baby/toddler stroller (several reclining stages, including flat, which is great for naps). The handles are telescoping so they're great for me and for taller people. Both my husband and I love it. It was a little daunting at first to figure out because we didn't buy it in the store. Luckily my husband figured it out and now it works like a charm. Nice and smooth easy! I'm not sure if they're making this anymore it'd be a shame it they're not. I can't figure out why there are not more stores in the U.S. that carry this. At the time we bought it, Target offered it online as well as other online stores. Sorry, but I don't recall the online retailer from which we purchased it. Initially, we bought it from Target online, but then found a better deal, so we returned it to a local Target store. The only things it doesn't come with are a mosquito net and snack tray. But it does have a great cup holder for mom/dad. My husband said it fell off too easily when folding so he secured it permanently. Love this stroller!!! ps- it's possible, after some research that the "UNO" is basically the same. I highly recommend it.
