I love this stroller! I have a travel system and I just don't like it. It's too bulky, and I don't like that I can't see my baby in it except through the little plastic window in the canopy. I wanted a stroller that would have my baby facing me, and I also wanted it to be lightweight, maneuverable, growable (with my babe)...this stroller is it!
br /
br /Forward/backward facing: You can flip the seat or bassinet to face either direction, and you can also flip the handlebars to wheel in either direction (see below, under maneuverability). It's very easy to switch which way the seat/bassinet faces, just push a button on each side. It's also to change the tilt of the seat (the bassinet doesn't really tilt), again, just push a button one each side; .
br /
br /Maneuverability: This is a very lightweight stroller, and maneuvers like a champ! The big, air-filled tires handle rugged terrain, and the small tires make it ridiculously easy to turn. You can reverse the handlebars so that with either set is in front. Lead with the big set when you need better traction, lead with the small set the rest of the time (for easier steering; it's somewhat awkward to steer with the big tires in front). When I hit a snowy patch on the sidewalk, I simply flip the handle so that I'm leading with the big tires, and it's easy to get through. You can also switch to using just two wheels and dragging the stroller behind you like a rollaboard suitcase (only with the seat, not the bassinet, and only facing forward, all for obvious safety reasons). I haven't had occasion to use it that way just yet, but I'm trying to plan something so that I will get to!
br /
br /Growable: It comes with the necessary stuff for the bassinet and the seat, meaning it's good from birth until you reach the weight limit (40lbs). You can also buy the attachable wheeled board to accomodate a standing 2nd child (I plan to do that when we have our second). There are accessories to make the frame able to hold an infant car seat, though I don't plan to get those (infant car seats are a waste, get a convertible car seat!) The bassinet is somewhat more unwieldy than the chair, because it doesn't collapse as easily, so it's a bit harder to take in your car. Remember that all the pieces come apart pretty easily, so you can unvelcro and collapse if it won't fit in your trunk as is.
br /
br /Durability: I'll let you know in a few years. I don't doubt it'll last through all my kids, though, this is fine craftsmanship. All fabric bits are machine washable.
br /
br /Taking it with you: You do have to take it apart into 2 pieces, but it's so easy to do, it's really not a big deal. All of the pieces come apart with the push of one or two buttons, and they pop back together easily. This is a very thoughtfully designed stroller.
br /
br /Looks: This is a fine looking stroller! I get comments and compliments every time I use it. That's no reason to buy a stroller, of course, but it's a fun extra.
br /
br /Versus the other Bugaboos: The Chameleon has some other bells and whistles, I didn't need them, don't know much about them. What the Frog has that the Gecko doesn't: The fabric is lined with a soft lining, including the canopy, I don't think the Gecko's is. The Frog also has the bumper bar, which is removable, but makes it easier to take the bassinet/seat on and off. The Frog's seat/bassinet can be used separately from the frame, but I don't think the Gecko's can.
br /
br /Overall, this is a great stroller. The only negative is the price, which would generally be prohibitive for me, but it's the one expensive item we bought for our baby. Of the things you can splurge on, this is one that is really worth it. Check out their website for little video clips of people using the stroller ([...])

I had to write a review after reading the one who said her baby stopped fitting in her frog. That doesn't make any sense as my 3 year old - who is a big boy! - LOVES his frog still. We are expecting a new baby any day, and I think my son is going to be really jealous when she takes over his stroller. My son's favorite thing about this stroller is that he can lie completely flat and I put a blanket on him, put down the canopy and he feels so safe and secure. It is also so fun to be able to move the handle bar back and forth so easily as you're walking. You won't believe how often this feature is used! If he is facing forward and there is sun in his eyes, I just rotate the stroller so that he's now facing me while we walk. He loves it! I would say that the major drawback to this stroller- aside from the obvious high price tag- is the amount of room it takes up in your trunk! We have a jeep grand cherokee so there is plenty to room, but not much room left for other stuff with the stroller inside. It also took me awhile to open the stroller- I figured it out now, but it's not quite as easy or quick as say a Graco travel system or one of those snap n go's. Taking the stroller apart into the 2 pieces is very easy and seems quick enough. The bag underneath is great, and I actually love where the break is because I hang shopping bags or my purse from the brake attached to the handlebar. Overall, I LOVE my frog, wouldn't trade it for anything and feel proud walking around with it wherever I go.
Love bugaboo

This stroller is outrageously priced, but WORTH IT! My little guy is only 4 months old and I feel like the stroller has already paid for itself. It fits in the back of my little impreza wagon and so easy to get in and out of the car. Easy to maneuver with one hand through doorways etc. We first bought the Mutsy (awful product) and returned it and went with Bugaboo. SO glad we did!

yes, this product is sooo expensive. but it's worth every penny. it's very versatile (i can always keep my baby out of the sun by flipping the handle), easy to put together and take in and out of your car trunk, very comfortable for the baby, fits your baby from birth till a long while later, has tons of useful and cute accessories, and has great resale value. worth every single penny.

Yes, the Bugaboo is worth it. We bought a "Frog" almost two years ago for our first daughter. For the first 3 months of her life, the Bugaboo was her mobile bassinet [hint: we didn't buy a standalone bassinet since the bugaboo has one and saved $].
br /
br /We bought the frog, rather than the Cameleon because we (a) were OK with the solid color and (b) neither one of us needed the ability to extend the handlebars (if you're 6' or taller, you might).
br /
br /Our Bugaboo has made lots of trips with us and we've had no problem gate-checking it on the plane.
br /
br /Rides like a champ. Durable. Stylish.

I bought a travel system based on consumer reports findings. Big Mistake.
br /
br /I then went abroad taking my baby in a Babybjorn. There i found the 'Quinny Buzz ' stroller. Its a European brand . Looks like a Bugaboo. A dream to use. Not as expensive as the Bugaboo. I believe Amazon has it....so all you people reading this do consider the Quinny.

Before to get pregnant, I already have choose the stroller for my future baby. Even thought it was really price, but it's ok when you think that it is the best. It was ok, my baby it is 4 months old, until I lend to my girlfriend daughter which is 19 months, she was huge for the stroller. Off course I got desperate!!!!! I used for 1 month since I bought at end of December and does not worth at all.
br /
br /Off course nobody wants to take back, the store or the company ( even I barely used), so what to do?Sell where everybody buys every thing.
br /
br /Before to buy, please make a test with a older baby, because I'll say that my I'll be using just for 2 years and not 3 -4 years which I was expecting.
