I am the mother of five beautiful children, ages 6, 5, 3, and one year old twin girls. I searched everywhere for a stroller that would be compact, easy to use, lightweight, compatible with infant car seats, and, "gulp" manueverable. I am delighted to be able to report that this stroller is all of the above. I bought it before the twins were born, (in fact they came home from the hospital in it) and I am still using it today, on their first birthday.
br /
br /Regarding the things that I like about this stroller:
br /Lightweight: I knew that my recovery this time was going to be a bit harder. The twins were born by c-section and I was scared about straining those abdominal muscles too much, too soon. We tested out the graco duoglider and the other standard travel systems out there, but was bitterly dissappointed by their 40lb+ weigh-ins. Going with a stroller that could not accomodate infant car seats (ours are graco snugrides, love them!!!) was not an option, something we had learned well after three other children. The snap 'n go caught my eye at a Burlington Coat Factory Baby Depot, and I was pleasantly suprised to discover that it weighs only 11lbs. Literally a fraction of its competition. I was able to manuever it into the back of our Toyota Sienna very easily even at just a few days post-partum.
br /Compact: When you finally figure out precisely how to fold this stroller, it takes up very little space. We set it upright in the back of the Sienna, and secure it in place with a bungee cord. (Around the top tethers of the car seats in the back row, if you don't have those, you can use the cargo hooks in the same way.)It is so narrow and thin that it can be placed either along the back row upright, or along the side wall of the trunk, also upright. Of course, it may be placed on the floor of the trunk very easily, but why would anyone want to do that? I can go to Sam's Club and get four boxes of diapers and two weeks worth of groceries in the back of a minivan with a little creativity and my fabulous stroller.
br /Manueverability: When I fully load the huge basket, the stroller does get a little unweidly (read, I must use both hands) but most of the time it only requires one handed steering. In fact, at the grocery store I can push the stroller and pull the cart down the aisles with relative ease. If I start to get tired, or my wrist starts to ache, I can just pull the stroller and push the grocery cart, and it works just as well. It does take a little time to get used to wide turns around the ends of the aisles with this method, but it works, and that's what counts.
br /Style: The pictures on-line really don't do this stroller justice. With the car seats attached, it really looks sleek. I have come to hate anything that makes us look bigger, bulkier, or just more frumpy than we already are. It is also very easy to clean with just a damp cloth. If you get the parent tray dirty, it is detachable and can be placed on the top rack of a dishwasher. The vinyl/ nylon, and net on the basket can be easily refreshed with a steam cleaner (also great for refreshing car seats and sour milk soaked straps). With a few minutes of TLC you can appear in public with a great looking stroller. And yes, it is small enough that sometimes people don't realize it is a double stroller until they have passed you. You new or expectant moms out there may not yet appreciate the value of a stroller that doesn't call attention to you, but consider this: at worst, all those people stopping to admire your babies and talk to you may or may not have the latest bug going around, and at best they add precious minutes to your errand time, and when your errands must take place between feedings, wasted time can be a real bummer.
br /Durability: My loving husband has a job and an injury that often prevents him from taking part in routine things like grocery shopping. As a result, I have to be out and about with all five children nearly everyday, and many times twice or three times a day. That is at least 365 times that I have set up, pushed around, and re-collapsed the stroller, and it still performs beautifully. DO take care of it though. Ramming it against curbs and things like that would put undue stress on the wheels and supports. When going over a curb, move to the front of the stroller, lift up the front wheels by the support just under the front baby, and set them on the curb, it really is that easy. The twins have not yet outgrown their infant car seats, and I loathe the day that they do, because it means I will have to find another option for my outings.
br /
br /Things I do not like about this stroller:
br /Details: It can be a bit fussy. The front wheels need to be turned a certain direction so the stroller can fold all the way down. This is easily accomplished by pulling the stroller backwards a foot or so before collapsing it, and making sure the wheels stay in that direction until fully collapsed. Not a big deal really, unless you haven't figured that out yet, and then it is quite frustrating. Also, other children walking nearby can accidentally catch the locking mechanism on the front wheels, preventing them from being able to turn. All of a sudden it is much less manueverable, and you have to stop everything to align the wheels and unlock them. Also, the storage bag on the bottom is huge, but hard to get to. Many times I have put both babies on the stroller, only to have to take one off because I forgot to put the diaper bag in first. Also, I have had to go for a backpack style diaper bag with a full front zipper so that I can get to the diapers inside without removing a car seat. It seems like there should be a better way to access all the contents in that voluminous space. Likewise, that storage space is only rated for five pounds. Any more weight than that, and the bag sags low enough to interfere with the turning of the front wheels. Now, what diaper bag meant for twins weighs less than five pounds? I have just learned to deal with it, but that would be a great redesign for the future. I'd love to see it able to accomadate more adventurous terrain as well. Some sturdier and larger wheels, with some tread would be great. Even some little shocks or springs for the wheels would be helpful in keeping the little sleeping ones asleep.
br /
br /Last word: I would buy this again in a second if the need came. I have recommended this to many mothers of multiples, and will continue to do so. The only reason I gave this product a review of four stars out of five was becuase I think a few minor redesigns could substantially improve product enjoyment, and it is always the little things that make the biggest difference.

having twins means you more than likely will have to have more gear than usual. This item is only usful while the twins are in infant car seats, and then your back in the market for another stroller. Ive had the side by side strollers and they come with many shortcomings like its almost impossible to shop with one being so wide. go the easy and less expensive route and buy a graco duoglider with a snugride and buy and additional one. This is what I did and I don't regret it for a second especially after they outgrew their infant carseats. I have used this and its a great product if it could convert into a twin stroller that could hold two toddler children

Best if you are having twins (trust me, I've looked)

Here's the straight answer: If you are having twins, buy this stroller. It is light, easy to maneuver, fits two infant carseats, and it's cheap! I researched forever to find a stroller when our twins came along, and this was definitely the answer.
br /
br /PROS:
br /price, light weight, easy to use, big basket to store stuff, cup holder/tray for mom
br /
br /CONS:
br /it's pretty big (but so are all of the rest of the double strollers), you will replace it when the babies grow out of their infant seats but that is outweighed by the price, a bit hard to maneuver with one hand, owner's manual/configuration instructions totally suck, but you can figure it out (we used it with the Peg Perego seats and where it told me to put the bars was not where they should have gone; we figured it out eventually and it's fine)

I really miss this stroller!

I had to get rid of this stroller once and for all :(. My first set of twins used a graco duo glider, (it could hold infand carriers) BUT IT WAS HORRIBLE! For my second set of twins I got the Aria MT Twin, but that doesnt fully reqline or hold infant carriers! So I was really stumped and thought that before I could sell my duo glider I would HAVE to use it. My friend gave me THIS! HORRAY!! It is very simple to put in almost any infant carrier, (We had sunrider, Graco). It is very small and easily fit into my trunk. I now could use a stroller without having to wake my sleeping infants, (With 2 twins the last thing you want to do it wake them!) and put them into a stroller. I also didnt have to use the duo glider for the infant carriers, so I sold it. I love that it has space for my things and drinks, the basket can accomidate plenty, (diaperbag, purse, small shoping bag...) and I really loved it. It was very sturdy and easy to move. I agree with the other reviewer, it IS descrete!I can no longer use this stroller since my boys are 8 months old. I really loved it and recomend it to parents who do not own a stroller that hold infant carriers, or for moms who hate their duo gliders! (If you are looking for something for after the kids outgrow it, I recomend the Aria twin!) Since I have such a great double stroller, letting go is a little hard, but not too bad!

Perfect for Twins! I hated it when we outgrew it!

This is an awesome product! This made it possible for me to take my twins out without help from someone else. It was nice to be able to get out and go without a lot of hassle. This is lightweight, easy to open and super simple to attach the seats to. I liked that I didn't have to wrestle with a stroller in the parking lot like I do now that they are bigger. It is also nice to not have to wake up sleeping infants to be able to take them in somewhere. Lots of storage beneath and drink holders too! You will get a lot of use out of this item! :)

I've been using this for 3 months now with my twins. I really like it because it is easy to get it in and out of the car and get it folded and unfolded quickly. It's been a hard winter here in Boston, and I don't have to spend a lot of time messing around trying to get the stroller set up.

At first we were a little unsure of how safe it was because there's just a hook and a strap to hold the baby seats in, but we've had absolutely no problems with that. The carseats go in easily and stay in.

We took this for a walk on the beach over New Years, and while it wasn't easy, both my husband and I pulled on it, when we stayed on the packed sand, it was doable. We've also been able to plow it through slushy snow. Considering that this stroller was not made to do either of those, it's pretty impressive. Our friend showed us how to lock the front wheels in place, and that made the "off roading" much easier.

I can't say enough about how much I love my snap and go - now that the twins are almost a year old and outgrowing thier infant car seats I am so sad to part with it. I absolutely LOVED this thing! I could fit almost a whole grocery run in the basket, it weighs WAY less than my big Graco duoglider, and it fits in the trunk of my Grand Am with plenty of room for groceries, etc. If you are thinking about it - just buy it! You will not regret it and it will save you time and space - things moms of twins are always short of!

Love it!!!!

I have twin infants. I tried to get along without this stroller, and now I wish I had purchased it from the first day. I have a side by side stroller, but they are still too small to fit properly in that stroller yet. It also takes long time to get the babies in and out of their car seats. That was preventing me from doing anything unless the weather was perfect. I didn't want one baby out in the cold or rain while I unpstraped the other and moved them to the stroller. With the snap and go stroller, I don't have any problem taking the twins out on my own. It is very easy to setup. I was completely surprised at how easy it was to manuever. I was even able to push it around with one hand while I held a crying baby in the other. I highly recommend it!!!

I love this stroller... even in my house!

This is a wonderful stroller for twins. It is lightweight, easy to assemble, and easy to fold/unfold.
br /
br /Surpisingly, I have also found it to be very helpful inside my house. My twins are 2 months old and I keep the stroller unfolded with the carseats attached. The carseats have been a quick, comfy place to put down the babies in any room downstairs (this was especially important after a c-section, when bending down and lifting were painful). When I do household chores, I can wheel them from room to room with me, making them happier. Also, when my babies get fussy on icy, snowy winter days, we take this for a ride inside the house... yes, I look nuts, but it works!! The stroller is narrow enought to fit through the narrow doorways of my old house.

My twins were preemies and their tiny heads just bobbed around in the first double stroller we bought. Then I heard about the Double Snap-N-Go and thought "what a great idea!" I don't have to disturb them taking them from the house to the car or the car to the store, etc. I got a Snuzzler for their car seats so they wouldn't bobble around.. and now I just pop the car seats onto the Snap-N-Go and we're mobile! The stroller adapts to fit several different car seats and is easy to configure/put together. I was particularly impressed with how sturdy the stroller is, yet it is still surprisingly easy to fold up and put into the back of the car. The large storage basket underneath is also a big plus. If you have twins you absolutely MUST have this stroller.

I LOVE THIS!

I love this stroller -- it has really helped me feel more confident about getting out with my twins. I also love the fact that it will fit in my Mazda Protege (something not many double strollers will do). I find it easy to fold and to carry with me. I even use it in the house so my twins can see what I am doing when I am cooking or folding clothes. It is easy to drive and very light weight.

Could be better, but still good.

After deciding that we DIDNT want a huge tandem for our twins, we realized this was the only reasonable option while we used the infant seats... I agree with the last review, its great because its the only one of its kind, but it could be better, much better...
br /
br /First of all, what I DO like... I love that its pretty much lightweight, you wont find another tandem like it. Both of my SnugRides fit inside beautifully, and they are safely anchored. They do provide you with cupholders, and a small tray. Folds to a pretty decent size, great for minivan owners. LOVE the large basket, I can go groccery shopping with it!
br /
br /What I DONT like... Great once folded, but folding could be easier with a one-hand mechanism. The wheels wobble a bit, I dont trust it on anything more than a cracked sidewalk or the street, no, not even grass. Large basket, HORRIBLE design, there is no way I can get anything larger than a notebook out of that basket without removing a carseat. It doest turn as well as it should, I REALLY wish I turned well. AND we were having a hard time assembling it, Baby trend was very rude and unwilling to help... it took 5 grown men and 2.5 hours to finally put it together, with ZIP help from the company...
br /
br /I dont know, maybe I just dont like BabyTrend, but this product could use a lot of work. I would probably purchase it again, unless a better option was made. BabyTrend could do MUCH better.

I have been using the double snap n go for six months, since my twin girls were born. It is a great stroller and I couldn't be more pleased. It is easy to use, folds very compactly, is lightweight, has a huge basket that can easily be reached, and, as a bonus, it has great resale value on ebay. I have been everywhere with this stroller, stores, museums, parks, libraries, and it has handled well in every situation. I highly recommend this for anybody expecting twins.

I ordered this stroller from Travelling Tikes b/c it was cheaper than Babies R Us. I had the single one with my singleton and knew I couldn't live without this one for my twins! I got black, since it matched my carseats better than the navy blue and I just love the way it looks! The best part though was the customer service. When I put it together, for some reason the safety strap wouldn't reach across my carseat. I tried all of their recommendations but it just wasn't reaching. So after a quick and painless call to Baby Trend, they sent me a strap extension that does the trick! Thanks, Baby Trend!

I briefly considered buying this stroller while I was expecting my twins. I didn't because I thought "Why invest in something that you can only use for about 6 months?" Fortunately I was gifted a used Double Snap N Go from someone and I am SO GLAD! This is the only stroller I am using for my 3 months old twins. We have a Graco DuoGlider, which hasn't been used once yet. It weighs over 35 lbs and I cannot lift it by myself. The Snap N Go weighs about 15 lbs and I can take it in/out of the trunk easily. I drive a Honda Accord and this fits in my trunk very easily w/room for other stuff too! It sets up in about 3 seconds. If you are expecting twins, I absolutely recommend this stroller. Especially for mom- who will want to get out and usually have to be alone. If you are recovering from a C Section this is about as light as double strollers come. And if the temporary investment might stop you - remember there's always Ebay- so you can resell it when you're done. I am already not looking forward to the day my girls are too big for their current carseats and we have to start using the bigger stroller. Hopefully, by then I'll have more muslce!

And also- another reviewer mentioned that this stroller gets noticed less. I think it does and trust me, you'll come to appreciate NOT BEING NOTICED in a store/etc. I guess the set up of this stroller makes the "double" part a little less obvious. It's nice to not always get stopped by everyone, so a little stealth is an added bonus.

This is the best stroller for two little-ones. My problem with the others that I tried was that they are so bulky and wouldn't fit well in my trunk. I like how this one is so scaled down - you just pop the carseats in and go (I use BabyTrend carseats). It is easy to set up and easy to break down. I am changing the a side by side once the twins can sit up because I prefer having both babies in arms' reach. But, in the meantime, I wouldn't have any other stroller.

I couldn't imagine getting out and about without this stroller. However, things that could be improved upon include: the directions - they were horrible; the undercarriage is not easily accessible when both carseats are in the frame; and it does not fold up very well - the straps and wheels often get in the way.
br /
br /Unfortunately, there really aren't any other options out there, so this one (even with it's problems) becomes the top choice.
br /
br /We've only had it for 2.5 months, but have used it often and it is in great shape still. I would purchase it again and would recommend it to others.

We purchased this stroller because our only other choice for double strollers that take car seats was the Graco DuoGlider, which seemed unnecessarily bulky, heavy difficult to maneuver. We use it with the Graco Snugride Windsor car seats and have been fairly happy with it so far. It does take a little time to get it unfurled, car seats snapped strapped in and ready to roll, and again to remove the seats, collapse it and get it back in the car, but what goes quickly with twins in tow? I've made the straps as tight as I can and the seats still bounce a little more than I'd like -- I'd like them not to wiggle at all, but with the design I don't think that's possible. The frame, wheels, etc seem very sturdy, the whole thing is lightweight, the basket is nicely sized and easily accessible.
br /
br /We also purchased the Combi side-by-side for use without the car seats and like that very much as well. It's a great product, too, except that adjusting the straps is an unbelievable pain in the you-know-where -- do that only when you have lots of free time patience! Basically, with twins you have to have two different strollers to get the best of both kinds -- there just isn't a great one that takes car seats and then works equally well without them.
br /
br /After reading the other reviews here, I have to wonder if we have the seats in correctly -- we followed the instructions for the Graco seats and thought we had it right. Now I see that others say the instructions for the Graco seats are wrong and that they only got the correct info by calling Baby Trend. This is surprising to me and I wish those reviewers would explain what they had to do that wasn't in the instruction manual, but I guess I'll have to pursue that with Baby Trend customer service.
br /
br /All in all, I think this is the best product of it's kind on the market right now -- just wish we had more to choose from for twins.

I love this stroller! It's definately worth the money. Who wants to wake a sleeping baby to get it out of it's car seat, especially when you have two! This is a must for anyone with newborn twins. It handles very easily on all types of terrain. (We play softball and we're at the park alot.) Unlike other strollers that are too low for my 6'3 husband, this one doesn't pose that problem. The only "complaint" I would have is that once the car seats are in place, the large basket underneath is not easy to get to, I solve this problem by just hanging my diaper bag on the handle. Honestly, that is the only negative thing I can say about this stroller. It's truly heaven sent!

Our twins are 8 months old and 18 and 20 lbs each. This stroller is just so awesome that we don't want to put them in the convertible seats and give it up (and our other stroller is a MacClaren!) If you get stuck anywhere with hungry twins, you can pull it up to a bench and it is just the right height and length to hold bottles in both mouths..even newborns. We've been stuck in Sam's Club, the mall, church, you name it. Light weight, easy to open and close, everything you need, and none of the bulk of the clumsy travel systems. Also, it moves so easily that you can carry one baby and still push the stroller with one hand. Even our 5 year old can push it safely.

Great idea but I can't get the Graco snug-ride seats to snap in. I called customer service and their response was that the Gracos "don't really fit." But she did helpfully point out that they hadn't had any reports of fatalities. Her advice was to cinch down the retaining strap.

My husband and I registered for the double snap n go after seeing it in BRU, and concluding that it was hands down the lightest double stroller on the market, period.
br /
br /We purchased the EvenFlo infant carriers to use them with, as they seem to fit well (the only seats that dont fit, if I am correct, are Graco SnugRides, and possibly the PegPerego Viaggio seats). After recieving the stroller, and promtly arranging (and re-arranging) the bars and all that, we came to the conclusion that our seats wouldnt fit. We immediatly took it back to BRU, very dissapointed and worried about what would happen next (as my belly was bulging and I was due any week now!) and one of the sales associates asked us which brand we had. She said that the carseats should fit and spent a great deal of time helping us, and after about 2 hours in the middle of BRU, we got it to work. I reccomend assembling it with BabyTrend on the phone (although when we called they werent too interested in helping us, maybe its because we didnt own the Latch-Locs?) or at the store where you purchased it from (THUMBS UP FOR BRU CUSTOMER SERVICE!).
br /
br /Once the stroller IS put together properly, the seats fit snugly and safely. I could imagine that if you were not paying attention to how you put the carriers inside of it (they should BOTH be facing you) then you may have a problem, or if you assembled the stroller incorrectly. So test it out WITHOUT the babies to assure perfection. The stroller is very easy to fold with two hands, but if you attempt to fold it with one, you will be there for a great deal of time, although it can be done, (whats all the commotion about a one handed fold when you have two infants anyway?). The stroller opens easily, and we find if we dont lock it closed, that it will just fall open when we take it out of the trunk or my mid-sized SUV, much easier. The stroller happens to ride smoothly as well, I can push single handedly, and can even manage to turn with one hand too. The wheels are sturdy, but anything more than a little grass, the boardwalk/sand, or a few cracks in the sidewalk may rattle newborns too much, so try to walk in the street, or on smooth surfaces. One of our wheels actually came off after we tryed pushing the stroller down a gravel pathway, but it was easy to put on, and stayed on. The handles are tall enough for my 6" husband, as he pushes it without much slouching. I also like the two cupholders, and the parents tray. We need all the trinkets we can get! The basket is also fairly large, one of the largest on all of the double strollers, and it holds our diaperbag, my purse, a newspaper, maybe 2-3 small shopping bags, and a few blankets or beach supplies. The basket is a bit difficult to access, and unlike the previous reviewer, we find it hard from the front, sides, back, and an airial attack from between the carrier, but this is a small price to pay for such a terrific stroller.
br /
br /The few negitives are Baby trends customer service, the hard to access basket, the way it handles outdoor terrain, and the fact that we will have to discontinue use before the children outgrow the need for a stroller. If anyone has any reccomendations for an after stroller, please post. All in all I highly reccomend it, although there could be a few minor improvements.

Highly recommend

I love using this stroller w/ my twin boys. It is so easy to move them from the vehicle to the stroller w/o disturbing them. And the stroller is lightweight and easy to fold up and store. And it is very easy to push as well. I recommend this stroller to all parents of twins.

Great Product. Worth the money!

This product is great. You could not ask for a lighter or easier stroller to use. Our girls are now 6 months and we have had no problems with it. Except for the instructions being inaccurate to assemble for the Graco car seats? We live in NJ and my wife stays at home with the girls and uses this stroller daily to for walks, going to the mall, grocery store. It steers great, very light weight compared to other product out there and the basket is very large. Yes it is true you cannot put a gallon of milk in the basket with car seats attached. But we have been able to get cereal, formula, fruit, and other smaller object in. After we purchased it we read a few of the reviews and noticed there was a problem with the handle bar bending when using it to lift the front wheels. So if my wife or I are with the girls alone, we just improvise and lift the stroller at the front over side walks and curbs to avoid any bending of the handle bar.
br /
br /Within the next couple of months we have to start looking for a new stroller since the girls will grow out of this and we have no idea what to do.

This saved my sanity for the first several months of life with my new twins. My Graco Snug-Ride infant seats fit great, it was so highly portable, maneuvered well through stores and made it possible to go out with two babies that could sleep in their car seats. I highly recommend this product.

Got for it for grandkids, the parents love it, direction where great. But if your seat is not on the list you will not get any help from Baby Trend as to use a different seat other than the ones listed. So you are on your own if it is not on the list !!!

Our twins are a bit over 2 months old, and we have used this stroller for groccery shopping (had to go) and a few quick outings. So far, I am in LOVE with my choice!
br /
br /Its so easy to assemble, just read the instructions and snap together the different poles. We had no trouble with ours, and BabyTrend seems to be a great company, since we had a problem with another one of their products and they were quick to help. The stroller is easy to use, just snap the carriers in and out. The basket is large enough for two, (plus my 19 month olds things). The handles arent too high, but thats okay (Im 5"3 and my husband is 5"11) and they do have a tray and cupholders which is a HUGE plus! The wheels on ours work great, we love the fact that we can make them swivel, or make them go straight, also VERY easy to steer and turn with one hand. The stroller takes a bit of effort to fold, but since it has a lightweight frame its easy to lift and carry. Mine fits well in the trunk of my Highlander, or my husbands Expidition. Its a very nice stroller as well, we found the frame to be very strong (my husband kick-tested the floor model by pretty much sitting on it, god knows how many people did the same, and it was still in mint condition!)
br /
br /I think this is the best way to go out with "twinfants" as its probably the lightest, and easiest youll find. We are thinking about the Combi, or maybe the McLaren Traveler after this one, but its a great stroller. I plan to put it to good use too!

I just had my first set of twins (now 4 months old), and I have a 2 1/2 year old too.
br /
br /I love using it, and its easy to use... It can accomidate both of our Ivy League snugrides, and they snap in easily. The stroller was easy to manuver, through store ailes, and through out the zoo and the airport. This stroller is easy to push with one hand, but takes two hands to turn. I think its easy to fold, takes two hands, but still easy. It folds pretty flat, and it fits easilly into the back of my minivan easily. Theres a manual for transitioning it for different carriers, and the snug rides ARE hard to fit, but managable. I love the storage, its easy to get to through the sides, and holds a diaper bag for two, and my purse and a few bags of shopping. Theres a nice parents compartment for me and my husband, where we can hold two drinks and our keys, cellphones, wallets, and things like that. The wheels are strong, and very durable... they last forever and are always easy to use. Its also DEFINATLY the lightest double on the market!
br /
br /I love ti, its easy to use and is my favorite baby item that I have ever purchased!

I have twins (going to be 4 months soon) and a 2 year old. I needed a lightweight, cheap, double stroller that could accomidate two infant carriers and that I could use until I was able to buy a side-by side. This stroller is just amazing!
br /
br /I have graco snugrides (colby print) and they fit fine. Theres a manual that tells you how to assemble the stroller to fit almost any carrier. It took my husband (and myself, 9 months pregnant!) about an hour to put together! It comes in black and navy, we use navy. The stroller has a nice handle bar, like on a travel system, that can hold my cup, or my husbands cup, and a cellphone, wallet, keys, whatever. The handlebar is also the perfect hieght for me, 5"4, and my husband, 6"1. The wheels are sturdy and reliable, we go over grass, concrete, and indoor surfaces no problem, but I wouldnt recomend you using this on "rough terrain". The wheels are also big, so they are easy to steer. The stroller can go through tight ailes and it turns easily. The infant carriers snap in easily, and also with a belt strap. The basket is large and easily accesable, and I can put everything I need inside. The stroller is easy to fold, and it folds almost completely flat.
br /
br /I cant get over how amazing this stroller is and will be very sad when I must give it up!

I bought this stroller frame for my twins and it saved my life. The frame is so lightweight by comparison to travel systems, and with twins, that's important. Since you can't carry two infant carriers in a grocery cart and still have enough space for groceries, I had to push my stroller and pull a cart. This stroller was so easy for me to navigate and I could steer it with one hand. I purchased infant carriers I liked (graco, I think. My kids are 14 mo. old now)and they fit on the frame perfectly. The cup holders were great as well.

I am rarely moved to write a review of a product. However, this stroller has served me and my twin sons so well that I felt I had to weigh in here. This stroller is extremely lightweight, folds up easily, and has a huge-- HUGE-- storage basket that enabled me to do $300 worth of grocery shopping, twins in tow, without any help whatsoever. I was the wonder of the grocery store with this thing!
br /
br /Snapping the car seats in (I had Graco Snug Rides) was a breeze. The stroller is super-easy to push and turns extremely well. The only complaint I have (I've seen this in other reviews, too) is the assembly instructions for use with the Graco car seats are completely wrong. You have to call Baby Trend customer service to figure this out. If you buy this stroller for use with Graco car seats, don't bother reading the instructions-- just call Baby Trend and have them walk you through the assembly.
br /
br /Overall, the Baby Trend Double Snap N Go is really the best stroller for twins. Light, easy, convenient, inexpensive... what more could you ask for? And although apprearances aren't too important to me in a stroller, I actually received many, many compliments on Baby Trend's "sleek" and "minimalist" look.
br /
br /I absolutely HATED to see my boys outgrow this stroller!

This is a must have if you have infant twins, it is so simple to open and close and car seats just snap on so you don't need to wake the sleeping baby. Plus, babies will be to small to be in a normal stroller at least for first 3 months. Excellent buy!

I registered for this double stroller when I found out I was expecting twins. I even purchased the baby trend carriers to ensure a good, snug fit.
br /
br /First of all its very easy to assemble. You read the directions, and then you arrange the bars to fit the carrier. The only carrier that really doesnt work is the SnugRide, so I wouldnt reccomend getting one if thats what you have. The carriers snap in so easily, and they are secured well (you can also use a strap). I cannot see ANYWAY they would fall out, or even loosen if you are using the stroller properly. The frame comes in black, or navy, we only saw the navy at BRU, so purchased the black off of another website. The handle bar is tall enough for me (5"4) or my husband (6"2) and its a comfortable grip. The cupholders arent the greatest, but they hold a drink, and it usually doesnt wobble out. The tray holds a few smaller things that you need right at your fingertips, and is fairly deep. The underbasket is HUGE and can easily hold a diaperbag for two (though mine is quite small) blankets, jackets, purchases, and anything else you need. Its a bit difficult to reach, but I found going at it from the side between the carriers works best. The stroller navigates much better than that of anyother tandem stroller (the only ones that hold infant carriers) which was important to us. I can also squeeze through racks, and stroll with one hand. Its not much of an "off roader" but it can stroll on grass, dirt, concrete and indoor surfaces well. I found it takes two hands to fold it properly, and once folded it takes up minimal space in the trunk of my Lexus RX 300. It also folds well for airline travel, and made it through baggage without damage.
br /
br /Baby trend also has terrific customer service. When putting together my stroller frame, we were missing a very important bar for the front carrier to snap in, and realised that one of the wheels was a bit warped. After calling the store where we ordered the stroller from, they told us to call baby trend. When I told them what piece I was missing, and which one was damgaed, they sent over an extra piece and a replacement to my warped wheel no questions asked, and for no cost, even free shipping!
br /
br /All in all I love this stroller, and it makes getting out with my 6 week old twins very stress-free. Baby Trend also backs up their products with great customer service! I am very pleased with this stroller.

I am a first time mother and it happened to be identical twin sons. I own a graco infant carrier and it really does fit well inside... I own this stroller in blank and have never looked back!
br /
br /I decided to NOT purchase a huge tandem, and my friends got me this one for my shower. Its easy to put babies in safely. It keeps the babies in sturdily and they never rock at all. The wheels arent as sturdy as higher priced strollers, but they work just fine and we have never had a problem except on wet tile floors (in malls when its rainy outside and peoples shoes are wet or somethig) but it always keeps going. Its so lightweight and takes up a very small fraction in my SUV, perfect when you have two children. It folds very easily and I have never struggled in the parking lot. The stroller manuvers well and I chuckled seeing huge single travel systems trying to push through christmas iles and I was able to fit nicely with a TANDEM!! The compartment holds my keys, wallet, cell phone, drink, sunglasses ect. and its really handy! The basket is nice a roomy and always accesable, stores alot of bags or jackets or whatever.
br /
br /It was also very easy to put together. All you have to do is look at the pictures for the different carriers and make easy adjustments. My husband had it put together in all but 45 minutes (some confusion when he refused to use directions at first).
br /
br /I am really dreading when I have to give up this stroller, its all anyone asks for in a stroller, longevity, durablity, lightweight, accomidates infant carriers, stable, manuverability, and it matches any infant carrier (the stroller comes in blue and black). I would recomend it to ANYONE.

I recently bought the double snap n go, intending to use Graco Snugride Car Seats wtih it. I haven't bought the car seats yet, but I brought the Snap N Go to Babies R Us to try them out. The front seat "locked in" fairly securely, but the rear one would not lock in. I called Baby Trend customer service, and the response was that only the Baby Trend car seats are designed to lock in. That makes no sense to me - why would they say that Graco car seats fit in if they don't??
br /
br / I've read many reviews from people, and some people talked about the same problem, some people say they fixed the problem, and some people say their Gracos fit great! Please respond if you can shed any light onto this matter.

Overall the Snap-n-Go is a good double stroller as it allows you to not wake your sleeping twins and transfer them from the car to the stroller with ease. Also the stroller folds up very well and is extremely lightweight. The weight of the stroller was very important to me, especially after a C-section, but also I have a SUV and was worried about being able to lift a heavy stroller in and out of the trunk area. With this stroller there is no problem.
br /
br /The only problems that I have with this stroller are:
br /1. After about 9 months of constant usage the basket underneath started to rip at the seam and is now a huge tear. Although the basket snaps on the company does not sell replacement baskets (they should).
br /
br /2. The stroller is the limo's of strollers and after about 6 months of constant usage it became very difficult to stear. I'm about to try WD-40!
br /
br /Overall this is a good stroller and I'm very happy with it. If I had another set of twins, I would use this stroller again.

What a relief, not many people have the stamina to carry two babies and car seats far. This stroller is light and easy to assemble and can be manoevered with one hand when everyone is loaded. It fits into the truck of my salon car (a regular double strollers did not), I even take this into the grovery store rather than balancing my car seats on a rusty shopping cart. The lower tray is difficult to access when both car seats are installed, so remember to throw the diaper bag in before you attach the second car seat, and you are then mobile with nothing to carry.

I love, love, love this stroller... it was the best thing that i purchased for our twins, now 7.5 months. I use it everyday. My only complaint was that it was difficult to get the bars in the right place, but once we had it put together, we love it. It is lightweight, and so easy to snap the carseats into the frame. I love the mom cup holders and tray, and the basket is really large. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased.

This stroller was perfect for use with two infant car seats. Every parent of twins should have one. Although infant car seats can be attached to a full-size double stroller, this is much more lightweight. Assembly was a little confusing, i.e., positioning bars appropriately for specific car seats. However, this stroller is very easy to use and maneuvers surpisingly well.

I went to BRU to buy a DuoGlider when I found out my 2nd child would actually be my 3rd too. I wanted a stroller that could accomidate infant carriers and the DuoGlider seemed the best. Right before I purchased the Bently Bear DuoGlider (which I wasnt too pleased about using) I saw this beauty... perfect solution! It can accomidate SnugRide Infant carriers very very securely! It manuvers very well (my B/G twins were born on 12/20, right in time for Christmas Shopping in the mall! You can just imagine the tight quarters!) There is a little parents station for our drinks, keys ect... When my babies are sleeping in the car (now almost 5 months) I dont have to wake them, I can easily transfer them into the stroller. Its great to take on walks now and I couldnt be happier. It fits well into the trunk of my Range Rover and takes up very minimal space. Its also easy to go Grocery Shopping with my husband, I push the cart and he pushes this LIGHT WEIGHT stroller!!! The basket is easily accesable and can fit anything you want in it no problem. I will be using this stroller for a long time (twins are in 13th percentile!). Its just so great and a much better option then those bulky tandems,. we even bought a Savvy to eventually replace this! My now 2 year old son has even ridden in the basket (with out the infant carriers in). This stroller is just superb, couldnt ask for anything more!

I bought this stroller for my twins, and it was great. Some friends had used the single SnapNGo and knew there was a double version. It's pretty light and and sets up (and folds down) quickly. The basket is very roomy -- enough room to stow stuff for two babies. I highly recommend it. One tip -- watch the straps when you fold it down, they can get caught in the moving parts. You can get them out fairly easily, but when you're dealing with two infants time is everything.

The double Snap-n-Go is the ONLY thing I tell any woman pregnant with twins that she MUST have. It was absolutely wonderful, and I was seriously sad when my twins outgrew their infant seats because it meant we'd have to retire the Snap-n-Go. It's just so incredibly easy to take them anywhere -- literally it IS just snap and GO! (Gosh, now that they're 18 months old, how I wish that were still true!). It was also a very smooth ride. The baskets underneath are huge and I never really had a problem getting stuff from them when the carseats were in place -- of course it wasn't as easy as it was with the carseats removed, but I don't know of any stroller that's easier.
br /
br /The Snap-n-Go also has great resale value, by the way. I sold mine for $40 at our local Mothers of Multiples resale, and I know they go for big bucks on ebay, too. Definitely a must-have item!

This is the best investment I ever made! Yes, you can buy the Graco double stoller, struggle with lifting it, and futs with getting your carseats in and out, just to save a few bucks in the long run. However, I used this until my boys were 6 months/20 lbs and feel I definitely got my money's worth. It's so simple! You remove your carseat from the car, sleeping baby and all, and set it in the frame. It's quick, easy and best of all...under 10 lbs. I was even able to use it right after my C-section. The stroller handles well and turns on a dime. The only disadvantage IS that the storage bag is hard to access...small price to pay! The cup holders are great, it pops up with one release button and folds just as easily. I could not have done without it! Makes mobilizing twins possible and simple. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!!!

The good part. . .
br /I have twin preemie boys and love the Double Snap N Go stroller frame. I use it with Graco Snug Ride car seats. It is lightweight, easy to get in and out of the back of my van, and easy to fit in narrow places. Given the alternatives, it was a great buy and I would highly recommend it.
br /The bad part. . .
br /It could use the following improvements: 1) only its front wheels steer. The back wheels are fixed and only go straight. In backing out of tight spaces like a wheelchair-accessible bathroom or doctor's examining room, you often have to lift up the back wheels to get it to turn in the direction you need. This is not so easy when it's loaded with two babies, two car seats, and all their gear. 2) With twins, we suffer from sleep deprivation and can't remember which lever does what from one day to the next. So I used red nailpolish to paint the levers that unlock, open, and close it to distinguish them from the all navy blue frame. I also had to type and affix labels that said "lift this to open" and "slide this to close". Baby Trend could have done this for us during manufacturing. 3) The assembly instructions were incomplete for the Graco Snug Ride car seats. We had to remove more than the instructions indicated.

For once, a Baby Trend product that I would rate better than a 1 star...
br /I have mixed feelings about this stroller. It is so much better than a tandem stroller. We have the graco Snugrides and they fit just fine. It's easy to open and close once you get the hang of it. A little on the heavy side and doesn't close all the way. There is a clasp to hold it folded once folded down and I have never been able to close the clasp.
br /As for the babies in it... GREAT! My daughters were preemies and 10 months later they are still able to ride in it. Have had no problems getting them in and out of the stroller.
br /The best part about this stroller is the easy maneuverability, goes around corners very easily. No problem shopping with it, manages around clothing racks pretty well. The wheels seem a little flimsy and need to be tightened frequently. Usually noticeable when folded. Considering the alternatives, you couldn't go wrong. Avoided our having to purchase a tandem since we plan on using a side-by-side stroller.

I bought this for my twins. We have 3 strollers.. The Graco DuoGlider Stroller, The Maclaren Twin Traveller, and the Double Snap and go. My twins are 7 months old, and we still ONLY use the double snap and go. It is great. SUPER LIGHT and compact. The other two are heavier. Graco is VERY BULKY and really heavy with the graco car seats snapped in. The Maclaren is a AWESOME stroller, but for babies out of their infant car seat. My twins and I are on the road A LOT. Its so easy to move them from the car to stroller without disturbing them in this snap and go. DOWN SIDE: The mesh basket underneath is very weak. For some reason my basket riped in the first week of use. I only store wipes and my purse down there, so I don't see how that could be. Also this stroller is very LONG. It is a limo of strollers. Longer than the graco with the 2 car seats in there. Its hard to make sharp turns. Great for going through the aisles in a store, but turning is tricky.
