It has everything I have been looking for. 5pt harness, ratcheting canopy (that stays put unlike the ellipsa I had- that thing was a joke), large basket (basket does not spring down but is still accessible when seat is reclined), parent and child trays (parent tray has covered compartment and child tray has nice deep snack area w/cupholders), one hand fold, stands when folded (yeah! No dirty, scratched or torn parts), linked rear brakes (so you only have to push one side and BOTH wheels lock), wheel suspension with front wheel lock for rough terrain, seat lays completely flat and footrest comes up to enclose seat to make carriage, height adjustable handlebar (which goes high enough for my 6'2" husband!), nice soft breathable material (it is still quite warm here in FL), footrest, and has lightweight aluminum frame. I bought mine in the Sahara pattern (see cust. pics I uploaded) along with the keyfit carseat which I also love (and reviewed). The only thing I can say even remotely in a negative direction is it does take a bit of trying to get the one hand fold thing down. It folds by squeezing a button and at the same time lifting a handle- not real hard but can be a bit tricky at first. Aside from that in the few weeks we have had it in use I can say I don't have anything to complain about. The car seat clips on easily, the canopy covers completely and the ride is smooth. I do have to mention that while it is considered lightweight it is not THE most lightweight you can get- so whoever is looking for the most lightweight/compact this is not it. It is a great stroller and I do recommend it along with the chicco keyfit carseat.

The perfect stroller!!

I spent a lot of time researching strollers for my third baby. My requirements were many:
br /lots of storage
br /easy to push (one-handed, if necessary) and smooth ride
br /snack tray and cup holder for baby
br /sun shade with lots of coverage
br /comfortable for baby to nap in
br /one-handed, easy fold
br /drink holder for me
br /This stroller has all of that plus more! There's also a compartment with lid near adult cup holder--great for stashing keys and phone. I'm able to easily hang my diaper bag over the handle and it doesn't get in the way as I walk. To further increase my carrying capacity, I bought clips to stick on the handle so I can hang additional shopping bags. My baby seems very comfortable and naps in it all the time. And, I love the sun shade. You can pull it forward to position it to best protect baby's face from the sun. Not the lightest (or most compact) stroller but for all the bells and whistles, not bad at all. I've had it for two months now and I recommend it without hesistation!

My husband and I researched and test drove strollers before we purchased our Chicco. We bought the Cortina travel system in the Sahara and we love it. We are both tall - my husband is 6'8" and I am 5'10." This stroller had the highest adjustable handle we could find. My Mom is only 5'3" and she also likes the handle at the highest position. The stroller maneuvers very well and is very easy to push with one hand. I especially like the collapse feature. You simply pull the handle up and put your foot on the basket and it collapses and stands up straight. We received our travel system as a shower gift. Our daughter is 2 months old and I've used this stroller nearly every day since she was a week old. I read all of the reviews on this stroller before we registered for it - when Amazon was partnered with Babies R Us. Everyone who owned the stroller loved it. I never read any reviews of problems. However, our first stroller broke the other day. The collapse handle utilizes a wire that pulls the release mechanisms and folds it automatically. One of the wires broke and the stroller could only be closed by manually pulling up the releases (which was a huge pain in the you know what). Our stroller was purchased at Babies R Us. So, I called and spoke with the manager and he told me to come in and they would replace my stroller with a new one. I went into the store and they assembled our stroller in about 10 minutes and we were on our way. I am extremely impressed with Babies R Us and their fabulous customer service. I had not read reviews with anyone complaining of the same issues and the gentleman that helped us at Babies R Us said that he hadn't seen many returns of this stroller. So, I think it was probably just a bad stroller. With that in mind I would still recommend this stroller. It has great ergonomics for people of all heights, the car seat is very easy to put into and remove from the stroller, and the fabric is extremely easy to clean. And I also agree with all of the other reviewers' comments on the great features of this stroller. Happy strolling with your little one!

This was my best purchase yet for my baby! Chicco makes an amazing stroller. Its smooth, easy to fold, easy to clean and my baby rides comfortably in it. The infant car seat is so easy to adapt to my car and also to the stroller. Not to mention its great looks. i recommend this protuct to all my friends.

I bought this stroller after the birth of my third son. Not only is this stroller nice looking, but it has everything you could ever want in a stroller; smooth ride, easy to maneuver with one hand, easy to open and close, compartment trays for child and parent, large storage basket, adjustable height push handle, and so much more... Don't let the affordable price fool you, this is an excellent stroller! I am so glad I didn't waste my money on the bugaboo! I also purchased the matching carseat and it works great with the stroller.

Perfect- except for accessing the basket while seat is reclined....

I do love love love this stroller. Moms around me are always commenting that they need a new stroller when they see this one! LOL.
br /
br /It is incredibly lightweight, so much so that I have decided I have no need for an umbrella stroller.
br /
br /I love that the handle adjusts for TALL PEOPLE like me! I refuse to bend down to push my child around!
br /
br /The big wheels are great on grass and gravel. I love that you only have to push one lever with your feet to get the back brakes on, although sometimes I have a hard time getting the brake back off easily.
br /
br /I like the 5-point harness, although the shoulder straps don't tighten up enough to keep my three month old "snug"... but the bottom straps make it safe enough. She loves to look forward and sit up like a big girl on walks now, but it's too bad the shoulders don't tighten up a bit more.
br /
br /The seat reclines easily, and there is a generous basket below, but its very annoying that you don't have good access to the basket with the sea reclined. We put the diaper bag in, recline the seat, and attach the car seat (it MUST be reclined to attach the seat) and then if we are in a store and need to change a diaper, we can't get the diaper bag out anymore because the seat blocks most access to the basket. This is annoying, but I read other reviews before purchasing it and I KNEW this was an issue.
br /
br /We have learned that it will fit lengthwise in the Car trunk and in the SUV cargo area if the handle is folded down, but you can't unfold it with the handle down, and I often forget that. So open handle first, then unfold.
br /
br /The unfold really is quick and easy. I like that the child's footrest can go up or down, which is nice for small babies or for naptime. I enjoy the way the canopy retracts or also meets up with the canopy on the carseat. Very nice. Removable tray is a plus, we love the compartment with a lid for parents (we always keep spare pacifiers and chapstick in there) and the cupholder is great for a baby bottle or for bottled water.
br /
br /Pushes easily and nicely, even with one hand.
br /
br /Another plus- its a "snap" (literally) to put together, I did it by myself while 9 months pregnant.

I have had this stroller for about a year and I am pleased with it. I purchased it with the travel system and I think the car seat is also second to none. The only issue that I wish I would have known is that the back of the stroller is a bit narrow. Our son is a big boy, but he is only 10 months old and when he leans back, the sides of the seat back don't allow him to sit back all the way. They are not adjustable, so we had to purchase a second stroller...which is too bad, because I love every feature on the Cortina...except this, of course.

good looking; fine quality; easy to assemble;we decided to buy this one after we compared Graco in store. Happymothers.com deliever very fast. Mine arrived in 2 days. Free shipping.
br /
br /But it's a little bulky and heavy for me(I am only 5'1).And it does take some space in the trunk.

Stroller with many faults - would never recommend it!!!

I purchased the Chicco Cortina 6 months ago and pretty soon noticed many faults:
br /1. No access to basket underneath when seat is fully reclined.
br /2. Wheels are very cheap, not bouncy at all, just like the really cheap umbrella strollers usually have. Also they don't operate smoothly at all and look very worn already!
br /3. The infant car seat that comes with the stroller is VERY HEAVY. The one good thing is that the seat snaps easily into the base.
br /4. The seat of the stroller (for toddler use) is so cheaply done, it's a joke: A few plastic bars and then on top the very thin padding which leads me to the worst fault:
br /5. The fabric of the cushioning is THE WORST! 100% polyester and it literally STINKS! After six months it still smells. I use a cotton sheet to cover it and still I can smell this plastic smell on my son's skin after he has been in - awful!!! As a matter of fact it is enough to stick your head near the seat and canopy and you can smell it. Also, the fabric makes my baby sweat, it would really be VERY uncomfortable in the summer time.

Whoever has posted this image has misrepresented the product, and unfortunately too many reviewers are commenting on the whole Travel System and not simply the stroller.
br /
br /With regards to the product, this is a great product. I am weary of amazon for showing the travel system picture when the price and the title reveal that you are purchasing only the strollger.
