Description:

Whether flying on an airplane or traveling by train or bus, it is safest and most comfortable for your child to be in a car seat. But traveling with a young child, their seat, and your carry-on can be tricky. Not anymore. The Traveling Toddler strap allows you to attach your LATCH and top tether equipped toddler's car seat to a rolling carry-on suitcase. Simply attach the LATCH and top tether straps from the car seat to the Traveling Toddler and adjust the straps so that the car seat is held securely on the suitcase. Once adjusted, the car seat can be detached and reattached to the suitcase in seconds. Lift the handle of your carry-on bag and you have a fun new stroller. Now there's an easy and inexpensive way to take your toddler's car seat and other gear on your trip. You do not have to buy a special seat or suitcase. As long as your suitcase handle locks in place, you can push it like a stroller. Your hands are free for check in and its simple to unhook for security. Keep your child safe and comfortable in their own seat instead of squirming around in a seat made for an adult, or worse, squirming around on your lap. The Traveling Toddler has been tested with most major car seat brands including Graco, Eddie Bauer, Cosco, Evenflo, and Britax, and a variety of carry-on suitcases and has worked with every combination. It is important that the telescoping handle of your suitcase locks in place. If not, it might not stay extended when you try to push your child in front of you, though you would still be able to pull them. If flying, make sure that your car seat is FAA approved before traveling. The Traveling Toddler strap is made from heavyweight polypropylene webbing that will withstand 900 lbs of force. When not in use it easily slips in the pocket of your carry-on. As with any other wheeled child carrier, do not use the Traveling Toddler on stairs or escalators. Car seat and suitcase sold separately. Patent pending.

I recently used this product with my 2-year-old (23 lbs) in a Britax Marathon and a 22" carry-on roller. Overall, I am very happy with the strap. There are some minor details you need to know, here are the summary:

PRO:
- Your little one(s) will love it, it's a novelty stroller for them
- Strap is simple and easy to use, it leveages(extends) the car seat's belt system (top and two sides) to attach to your carry-on roller.
- It works well but make sure to do a test drive at home.
- You will get postive comments from almost everyone you pass by. If you have extra straps with you, you can probably sell them on the spot. Amazon should be paying me for the upcoming business they will get from my word-of-mouth advertisment!

CON: (not really cons but just observations)
- Expectation on size. Not really a con but just a little let-down when you get your package. Has nothing to do with usability.
- Price but still affordable. Probably cost $.50 to make so hats off for the inventor that came up with the idea
- Roller fitting. Make sure to try it with your roller. Three points on this: 1) make sure to pack your roller full, otherwise it's difficult to "grab" the car seat; 2) make sure your roller's handle is not a single arm , you will need an opening to thread through the top belt; 3) make sure your roller handle is long enough so you don't have to bend down too much to pull or push the car seat/roller when attached

Again, overall a fantastic product. I took a star off for the price. Otherwise it's a great purchase.

Just good in theory

Oh where do I begin? I had the worst traveling experience of my life trying to use this product. I was traveling by myself with a one year old from Bangkok to San Francisco, where we had to change planes in Tokyo. The one year old was the easy part... the hard part was getting through all of the security check points and trying to wrangle this contraption to make it work along the way. By the time I got on the first plane I was in tears.
br /
br /First you have to lay your bag our on the ground to attach the seat. Then the toddler can't actually be sitting in the seat when you attach it because you need to get behind the padding and everything to guide the straps through. So you are wrestling with your roller bag on the ground while the toddler is well, toddling all over the place.
br /
br /Then you get to security and have to take everything apart and do it all again.... While your toddler is roaming free, willy-nilly and everyone is looking on in disbelief at this ridiculous system you are struggling with. Next you will be lucky if you can get the bag and the car seat down the aisle of the airplane... if you can't what are you supposed to do with a 20 pound kid, a 20 pound seat, a roller bag, and the diaper bag.... more crying...
br /
br /Then when you land you have to take your toddler out of the seat again and try to wrestle the whole contraption back together on the floor of the plane. Luckily we were in the bulkhead, otherwise there is no way on this green earth that you would have enough space anywhere to do this. Don't forget that the toddler has wandered off while you are trying to accomplish this feat. Not only that, but to prevent my daughter from wandering off while I was making a fool of myself with this thing I put her in a plane seat. Next thing I knew she had done a face plant on the floor and had a bloody nose, all while I was trying to use this horrible system.
br /
br /Then you get off the plane, go to the next security checkpoint and do it all again. By the time I actually got off the plane (last one off every time) in San Francisco I was truly living every parents' nightmare of traveling alone with a kid. All the while my actual kid was great, but this thing really REALLY only works in theory.
br /
br /It also doesn't hold things together very securely. I, like other reviewers was worried about that too.
br /
br /Once I got to the hotel I wanted to have a ceremonial burning of the wretched device.... instead I "accidentally" left it under the bed. Holiday Inn near Fisherman's Wharf for those of you who thought this system worked out so good.

Love this Product. A lifesaver.

We recently used this with my 26 month old son on his Britax Marathon. It was so simple. With my husband's help, we were able to attach it to the carry-on while my son remained sleeping in his seat. My son is a real busy body and hates strollers, so I worried that he would not want to sit in it during our layover after being stuck in a plane for 4 hours, but he loved it. He actually couldn't wait to sit in it and be wheeled through the airport. Once we got to our final destination, he actually threw a fit because we would not take the seat out of the car and wheel him inside the house.

This strap saved me a bundle!

After traveling trying to push a stroller and drag a suitcase and carry a carseat all at once, I was at my wit's end. I almost purchased a special strolling-carseat for $200... when I found this! What a smart invention. It saved me a bundle AND makes travel easier because I only have to push ONE item, my suitcase-stroller combo! When I need to check my carseat, I do it at the gate, just as you would a stroller. This item is excellent and the inventor gives great customer service as well.

I was quite skeptical when this small strap arrived in the mail because it looked so simple. But it worked very well and was a real life-saver. It was affordable and easy to use. I recently traveled alone with my 13-month old and didn't want to bring my stroller. I simply used the Traveling Toddler to attach our Britax Marathon car seat to my carry-on suitcase. It allowed me to "wheel" my son through the airport by myself, while carrying all of the stuff I needed to carry. I had a backpack as a diaper bag, and I was good to go! So simple I even had a hand free. I couldn't believe it. A flight attendant helped with the seat once I was on the plane. The only drawback was going through security and having to un-do and then re-do everything. But once you have the straps adjusted to the right tightness, it's easy to put back on without having to readjust the straps.

This product is really wonderful when traveling by airplane. It just hooks to your carry on luggage on wheels and the child sits right in it as you stroll through the airport. So many people made comments about it as I walked through airports while traveling. They thought it was the neatest thing. I was 6 months pregnant when I first used it and it was great to not have to lug a big stroller around and I had less things to take with me. I gave it 4 stars only because it does take a short time to hook/unhook it every time you get on or off the plane. I had to pull to the side and keep my daughter with me while I hooked the seat back on to the luggage. But other then that it is one piece of nylon and not a huge stroller and I will take that anyday!

My wife and I recently traveled with our two year old twin girls. The product works exactly as advertised, with just two minor compains.
br /
br /1 - My wife had a really hard time balancing the weight of the toddler + car seat + suitcase. She had to push hard on the extended handle to keep it balanced which was akward. I was able to hold it a little lower which made it easier.
br /
br /2 - You really need a very sturdy suitcase to use with this strap. We had two suitcases; one sturdy, one a little more "light weight". The light suitcase's wheels struggled with the weight and the handle flexed quite a bit! The sturdy suitcase (a Kirkland business carry-on case) had no problems.
br /
br /Overall, we are satisfied with the product.

I would give it more stars if I could!!!

This is a must have. It worked perfectly and took much of the hassle out of traveling in the airport. We travel often and it was always a little stressful with a 2 year old. Since we got this strap traveling has been a breeze.

Travel before purchase:
One of us (usually me) was elected to take care of said 2 year old while the other had to haul the cumbersome carseat. Keeping up with 2 yr old in airport is not an easy feat. We tried taking a stroller, but he can easily escape. Why would he want to ride in a stroller when he could be running around the airport. By the time we actually got on the plane I was exhausted and frazzled. I tried traveling a few times by myself with 2 yr old and I swore I would never do it again.

Travel after purchase:
Travel is a breeze. Our toddler does not question sitting in his carseat. So he rides without compliant while strapped on a suitcase. No more chasing run away toddler, no more lugging carseat through airport. We normally fly Southwest and we just wheel him down and right into the first row, where the isle is larger, unstrap him(carseat and all) and lift him into the plane seat without ever taking him out. When we land we get the bag and strap his carseat to it and off we go. It is wonderful. It was so easy that I decided I could travel alone with him again and I have with no problems.

It is a simple idea and it may seem expensive for the materials used, but it is a bargain when you consider the headache and hassle saved.

I traveled this summer with my 18 month old. I planned to take our car seat since we were renting a car when we landed. I had a layover each way, so I was looking for a way to move him through the airport with little fuss since airlines have strict stroller policies. So, I found the Traveling Toddler and thought I would try it. It was awesome and so affordable! It was easy to use, even when I had to unhook it for security and when boarding the plane. My toddler (who was nearly 30lbs at the time) loved riding through the airport and loved the security of sitting in his car seat. Make sure your luggage has a locking extension handle so that you can push or pull your toddler.
A great product! I have recommended it to many.

I bought this to take my twins to NYC. I liked the idea of the Gogo Kidz Travelmate, but the price was too high and you still needed to carry a big diaper bag. I got 2 of these and they work great. Took about 2 minutes to adjust the fit with the car seat, it took literally seconds to get them on and off. 2 things I liked most, my daughter was in her car seat and strolled all the way to our seat and then I had a carry on filled with books, snacks and diapers so I had everything I needed. Buy it now, it is super strong, easy to use and my kids loved strolling around in it.

We got this as well as a car seat bag with wheels. I was not going to pay $200 for a car seat/stroller combo, so we picked 2 alternatives. I was hoping that the Traveling Toddler would be great, but I found that it too much torque and stress on the suitcase. To add the weight of my car seat (a Britax) and my 22 pound 1 year old was just too much weight for the handle of the suitcase. It felt awkward and unstable. The physics of it just did not work. So, we put the seat in a bag with wheels and dragged it behind us. The bag was also better for our trip because we fly stand-by and wait and see what seats are left. There was no more window seats available on one of our flights, so we gate checked the seat and I was happy to know that it was protected.

Great concept, but...

Okay, I'm giving this product two stars just for the concept alone. I read previous reviews here and thought this would be the solution to traveling with a toddler in an airport/airplane. Wrong! It was such a hassle having to un-strap the carseat at security, strap it back on, and then having to un-strap it again at the gate! Maybe I was just having bad luck, but none of the airport security helped me. I had random but nice people holding my daughter for me while I was strapping the carseat back onto the carry on. BTW, it was just myself and my daughter traveling. I guess this product would be "great" if you're not traveling alone with your child. Again, this contraption was such a pain to deal with. I recommend getting a sturdy carseat bag and putting the carseat in that, and using an umbrella stroller to get around the airport. Oh yeah, putting carseats on a plane is a pain, too. All baby and personal items can fit in a back pack. That is what I did on my flight back home.

This is a simple piece of "T" shaped strap with (3) metal rings on each end. We used it with the Cosco Alpha Omega Elite car seat and it did work as described, although the car seat is larger than our roll on hand luggage, so it was a bit unstable to sit our 2 year old in it too. However, we fitted it to our large wheeled suitcase and it was fine, very stable and our 4 year old was able to ride. This is just a piece of strap, like you'd find on a rucksack, so $15 seems a bit expensive, but we didn't want to pay out $80 for the proper wheeled carrier. And in the end, it worked great, I was able to pull one large suitcase, one car seat and one 4 year old with one hand! Note, you have to really tighten your car seat straps to attach them securely. I have only given 3 stars, because if you buy this to attach to roll on hand luggage, as described by the manufacturer, you might have problems.

All you get is a strap. It does work, though....BUT: when you are boarding, your car seat will not fit through the aisle in the cabin. So you'll need to unstrap the car seat and carry it on board. That's the only thing I didn't like about this idea. It's great getting trough the airport, but you need to unstrap when boarding and re-strap once you get off. Overall, a good product.

We used the travelling toddler on our vacation with our 11 month-old son to Mexico. We always buy him his own seat on the plane for his safety and it was a very convenient way to get through the airport with his seat and luggage. He was attached to our rolling carry-on curbside and off we went. We were able to check our stroller and we had little to carry. At $20, you can't beat the price. Our friends had to carry their car seat, stroller, luggage and child and were wishing they would have bought the strap.

We purchased this to travel over the summer and it is great! I researched many options and, not only was this the most economical, it was the easiest and most efficient. It is very easy and quick to use and very small to store when not in use. Plus, my daughter loved it because it allowed her to travel in her own seat where she is very comfortable. Not only did we love it, I had three different people stop me in DFW and Denver international airports asking where I got it because they wanted one too.

I only travel once a year to visit my family in Mexico. But to be honest I have not experienced a good trip since my 1rst child was born. Nobody told me how difficult it can be to travel with children. I used to bring a stroller to the airport and place the car seat and my daughter on top. Then I realized I looked ridiculous!. One time I noticed someone using one of those car seats with wheels. She was standing next to me and I had my daughter sitting on her car seat attachted to a 10$ stroller!. That maked me realized there's new thecnology out there. So I decided to go online and check the different options to travel around with my daughter. When I find out about the prices I went dead.
br /
br /Then I discovered this product. Is very economic and practicle. I did not believe at first but once I had it at home I try it on my suit cases. Is only good for small ones. So, if you are planning to bring one small case that's fine (you can always check the other ones at the gate). The only inconvinience is when you have to go trough the check point and need to remove the car seat and put it on the band. But once you know the trick everything goes fatser. I am very pleased with this product. For people who only travels a few times per year and is cheap like me, its just perfect.

I was very skeptical about this even once I got it. The first time I tried it at home, I thought "this isn't going to work" and I decided to jam my son into the infant carrier for our flight. Now that he is without a doubt too big for that, I tried this again and it was wonderful. It really only makes sense if you use it with your carry on luggage or else you have to check your bag and you can't use it to move them through the airport. I didn't think it would work since the car seat (britax boulevard) is just a big as my rollerboard, but once we got it set up it was brilliant. Even getting through security wasn't too bad once you knew how to attach it, it was very quick. I highly recommend!!

After having traveled with my 18 month old last year while I was 5 months pregnant, I swore I would never travel alone again. You would have to be an octopus to handle all the items you need as you make your way through the airport: Stroller, carseat, luggage, child - and you only have 2 hands!

I found the "Traveling Toddler" on Amazon and am so thrilled I purchased it. As luck would have it, I had to travel with my now 3 year old and my 1 year old by myself, and certainly could not have done so without this device. With this simple strap, I was able to convert my carseat and carry on into a stroller and push it with 1 hand. The other was free to hold onto the 3 year old's hand.

The device uses the LATCH system hooks from your carseat to strap onto your luggage. If you keep the top one hooked to the device, you can easily unstrap and restrap your carseat. I have a Britax Roundabout and it worked like a charm.

This is a very inexpensive way to keep your sanity when traveling with a carseat.

Wish I had known about this a year ago!

This is a product that just makes a lot of simple sense. While on the expensive side for a piece of nylon webbing with rings, I am very glad I paid under $20 for this gadget which does the trick, rather than investing in a special carseat with retractable wheels just for travel, or even the product that's like a dolly for carseats. I did look seriously into those other options, and what I like about the Traveling Toddler is that you don't have an extra item to push around in addition to your luggage, and when you're not using it it fits into your pocket. As far as versatility, I was able to attach my Britax Boulevard carseat to my 26" (non-carry-on) suitcase. (The straps were at their max.) Even though I checked both, it was still a huge help getting from one end of the terminal to the other, and my 17-month old son was happy sitting in it, eating his lunch, and cruising around in it while we waited for our ride on the other side. Since I travel alone with my son quite frequently, I am dearly grateful that the days of lugging that carseat around on my back are over.

I recently traveled alone with my 2 1/2 year old son. I knew it would be best for him to have his car seat on the plane, but I had no idea how I would be able to get him around the airport in a reasonable amount of time and tend to my luggage. This device worked like a CHARM! My son even loved going "for a ride." This item is so much cheaper than buying any other product and it's really simple to use. I definitely would recommend this device to anyone traveling with a toddler who is taking a car seat.

The traveling toddler is a clever T shaped strap that connects the latch hooks on your car seat around a carry on wheeled case. For our test we used a Brittax marathon car seat on the airplane itself and had connecting flights.

Hooking and un-hooking for security screens and placing the car seat on the plane was fine. We didn't use our infant in the seat connected to the carry-on bag, however the carry-on was stable with the car seat attached moving and at rest. Moving the car seat between connecting flights was so much easier than using the car seat 'bags'.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again, however depending on the plane age and seat configuration getting the stroller down a long aisle was mixed. Sometimes exit rows and first class seats would require me to adjust the angle of the car seat to go under or above the arm rests, in rare cases I gave up and just lifted the carry on over one very narrow first class row. We had similar issues with the sit-n-stroller. The newer seat layouts seem to trade seat width against aisle width

I found this product after searching for ways to make traveling with my two-year old easier. She loved riding in her carseat through the airport and 6 people stopped me to ask how it worked. The security agent said he wished all parents used this instead of trying to jam enormous strollers through the x-ray machine.

Love this product. Pure Genius! And people point and stare at our little girl chilling in her seat through the airport everytime. So many people comment on this. We have a Britex Marathon and our 2 year old LOVES her carseat, so we definatly take it flying because it keeps her happy being in her comfy space on the plane. But lugging it around would be a nightmare. These straps are SUPER easy to attach and a dream come true. I can check the stroller and don't have to worry. We can even attach her to the bag while she is asleep in her seat at the end of a flight. Its THAT easy, and the harness thing can fit in your pocket. (We store it in the small pocket of the bag we attach her to so we always know where it is when we get ready for a trip) We have only taken it attached down an Alaska Air plane isle, American we had to take it off and carry her in the seat, because it was two narrow, but that was her Carseats problem obviously. Its simple, its easy, and its strong enough even for a Britax. The only thing I personally would recommend, being 5'8 with a hubby who is 5'10, is getting a sturdy carry on size bag with a longer handle than most. The extra weight of more than the bag, having to bend a little to accomodate a short handle, is a little taxing on the body, but thats an easy remody. Also a bag with good wheels not a cheapy one you have to fight with WITHOUT the carseat on it.

I bought this to use on our recent Spring Break vacation. I'm a big baby travel gadget fan and own lots of various types of car seat carrier accessories bought from here and places like One Step Ahead. I was really excited about this after reading the rave reviews on Amazon. We did not intend to use this to carry my 9 month old; we only meant to use it to carry the car seat since I carry the baby on me with a baby carrier. Well, after using it on our last trip (from Chicago to Southern California and back), my husband refused to use it at the end, preferring to hand carry the Britax Roundabout. Why? Because the horizontal straps (imagine the top horizontal line of the "T") -- the one with a ring on each end -- is just a bit too short. We had two rolling carry-on size suitcases, an American Tourister with an expandable top that could add another three inches and a Samsonite. My husband had pulled the latch straps on the car seat out as far as they'd extend. No matter how he tugged things the Traveling Toddler straps (the side with two rings that goes around the body of the suitcase to hook onto each side of the carseat latch hook) was just a bit too short for the American Tourister -- presumably because the expandable top portion added another 1/2 inch or so in width, even though we had it zipped up to the smallest size. With the Samsonite, it was so snug that it'd take a good 5 minutes sometimes just for him to hook the straps on, and that is after doing a lot of adjustment and struggle. So imagine my husband's frustration with this each time we had to unhook and hook it -- after removal of the luggage from the shuttle/car into the airport, going through security, leaving security and going to the gate, getting on the plane (because it was tough to pull the carseat down the narrow aisles), off the plane gangway, etc. I told him I'll try to find some sort of extension or maybe try using some keychain rings to hook onto the D ring to extend the straps for our next trip; until then, he said we're not using this anymore. Seriously, for the price of this simple (but clever) contraption you'd think the maker could have made the straps a bit longer to accommodate thicker carry-on suitcases and car seats with shorter latch straps! The latch straps can always be adjusted to be a bit shorter/tighter, so it can't be a matter of safety to not add a bit more length -- even an inch would have helped -- to this Traveling Toddler strap. Right now I cannot recommend this for anyone with a big carseat like the Britax Roundabout or anyone with a carryon suitcase that is not on the thinner side. I gave this two stars because it deserves one star for the idea and another star for the fact that when we were able to squeeze one onto to the Samsonite, it was great to roll the carseat around instead of carrying it on our backs (via one of those backpack carseat carriers) or carrying it in another big bag (since we already has so many bags/cases).

Great idea....but

I travel a great deal with my 13 month old and always buy a seat for him, so I need his car seat.
This product worked great the first time I used it but the return trip the buckle/latch stopped working, to bad too I really liked the idea.

the strap is shaped like an upside down T, so the instructions say to attach the latch strap buckles from the carseat at the 3 ends of the traveling toddler strap (2 ends attach around the sides of the luggage and the middle strap goes over the top of it). but the car seat i had (and the various ones my sisters' let me try) only have 1 strap with 2 buckles on the ends. so i didn't have the top strap to keep it securely balanced, which sucked when i first put it together because my son was dead asleep and his head was so far tilted to the side that he tipped the whole thing over. thankfully, he wasn't hurt (only upset because he woke up) but it shows the flaw in the design. i figured out how to get the perfect balance to where he didn't weeble and wobble but it still felt a little unstable without the top strap. but it was a hell of a lot easier than trying to carry a carseat, luggage, bookbag, and hyper 3 yr old by myself through numerous airports. i'll definitely keep using it, but i'm looking into buying another latch strap/buckle for the car seat to make it better.

a must have for anyone traveling with a car seat.

We bought this strap for our long flight from Hawaii to Iowa and back. WE had a couple lay overs and wasnt sure how we were going to transport a 18 month old and her heavy Alpha omega car seat. A friend of ours was traveling at the same time as well with her toddler and she went out and bought an $80 dolly type holder with wheels you attach to it. while it was col and all after paying $3000 for airplane tickets..it was a bit much. This was a total life saver. It took no time at all to deplane and hook it up around our rolling carry on and off we went. We even used it as a stroller and my husband carried the whole car seat with my sleeping daughter in it, attached it to the carry on and we rolled it from one side of Denver airport to the other and back onto another plane with never waking her once. It was AWESOME!!! I do suggest you make sure to have a pretty sturdy, solid sided rolling carry on. We did end up cracking the handle on the cheap one we had..but it was still worth it!

I bought this product after reading the many positive reviews below, and I was thoroughly satisfied. My only complaint was actually with my luggage, as the handle on my bag was a little short so I had to stoop a little while I was pushing/pulling it. Everyone who saw it thought it was the neatest invention ever, especially other moms traveling with kids.
The strap is so simple it's genious - just strap on the carseat and go! It was a bit of a hassle restrapping at security, but everything is a hassle at security. Just make sure you have a few extra minutes to get everything back together and it's fine.
This is a great product that made what could have been a very difficult trip a breeze. Bravo!

The concept is great-simple and easy. But the strap did not wrap around our suitcase-it just did not fit our Britax carseat So, we invented our own with a booster seat strap and clipped it in place-no problem. Amazon as always was great in providing a full refund.

The thing about this strap is that it uses the latch system on the car seat. So you have to adjust for the suitcase. Then adjust for the car. Then adjust for the suitcase again. I am travelling alone with my son. There is no way one person can work this. So unless your going to be traveling with someone I do not recommend it at all.

I bought this product because of the price. For the most part it got the job done. It was terribly tricky to get hooked up to my car seat. Also good to know is that it uses the straps from your car seats latch system. Don't buy this if you have an older seat or a seat that is without those. Once I finally got my seat hooked up to my luggage pulling this around the airport was a breeze. Notice though that I say pulling. I had to pull it rather than push it. Due to the weight of the items in my carryon and the weight of the car seat I never did end up putting my little one in her seat while it was strapped to my suitcase. Overall I am content with the product but not thrilled with it. It made transporting the car seat easy but I still ended up having to hang on to my little one.

I couldn't believe this really worked. Given the mixed reviews I was hesitant but I thought I would try it out before buying something expensive. Totally works with big suitcases, those that you are going to check. Much more difficult with a carry on size, though it does work. Clearly nothing is going to get your from your car to your plane seat without having some trouble (security, skinny plane aisles etc). I gave it 3 stars as it really is better with older toddlers who will stand still for 5 seconds. For those of you with really young toddlers especially traveling alone, no matter what you buy it is going to be the nightare you think it is!

This is the coolest thing ever! It's really easy to put on your carry on luggage. The only hassle, of course, is security. It's a great thing to have when I have to travel alone with the baby and just don't have enough hands to carry everything! I highly recommend it!

I give this a 4 star, it's genius, but it's expensive (it's really just a t-bar strap that you could probably use your own belts, so for the price it gets 4 instead of 5 star). It worked great for us to wheel around our toddler in the airport, easy to take apart during the security search, and great to carry around in your purse/diaper bag until landing where you'll have to do it all over again until you get to the car. Could not have managed to have her Britax Marathon carseat (lugging it around) w/o this unique tool! I loved the Travelling Toddler! It was easy to undo and attach, it was super quick through the security lines I have no complaints except for the cost of the thing. Much cheaper than other products, but for around $18 all you're really getting is a 't'-strap that connects to the seat and around your carry-on luggage, which probably cost 50cents to make!! Then again, it was SOOOO WORTH IT, when we travelled!! If you know a friend who has one, save yourself some cash borrow it!!

We got this for a trip including changing planes. It worked well and we were glad to have it. Only complaint is that it is a bit of a pain to stop and attach it every time you get off the plane, through security, etc... We will use it again, it is useful and nice to have. Did not use it as a stroller, only attached it to the luggage to carry it

This product took some practice but it worked great after using it a few times. I bought this product a few weeks before our trip. It arrived promptly without damage. I hooked up the car seat to our carry on, 14" x 22" x 9", and strapped my daughter in for a few strolling trips around the house. I didn't want to check any bags because they always get lost. Her stuff went in a backpack/roller suitcase. My stuff went in the carry-on. The car seat went on the carry on. The diaper bag and purse went on my shoulder. It was a lot to carry and there was some sweat but it worked great. The car seat went on the plane. So, no squirmy toddler. She was comforted by having her car seat along and felt safe during a very turbulent flight. She even said "Wheee" during the bumps. I asked to board early after 1st class/disabled and this helped. I also waited 'till everyone left the plane for the extra room needed to strap the car seat to the luggage in the aisle. Security was a nightmare but manageable. The clip got caught on the luggage corner and I had trouble getting it off. But I was a little panicked because she was having such a melt down. Allow yourself plenty of time at the airport to reduce stress - 1.5 - 2 hours. The device is easily stored in your purse along with the car seat clip and Mighty Tight. The car seat is easy to install upon arriving. I got plenty of compliments at the airport along with some questions from flight attendants who didn't understand that I was not checking the car seat. I saw another mom there who had the expensive convertible car seat to stroller. But, I felt a little smug knowing both how much money I had saved and that her device didn't carry her clothes. She obviously checked her luggage. If you are not afraid of a little extra physical work, you can travel for a long weekend with the toddler, car seat, luggage, and diaper bag, without ever paying fees to the airline for your first bag. Definitely worth the money.

I just traveled overseas with my almost 2 yr old and this product was extremely helpful. Not only could I carry a car seat, but also a carry on plus a diaper bag. This was a life saver, specially when transfering from one terminal to another for our flight connections. I heard lots of comments on it and people would ask me how it worked. It was simple and easy to use. It was a hassle during security checks to undo the whole thing, but everything is a hassle going through security. I strongly recommend this product. It is simple to use, affordable and very helpful.

We bought two Sit-N-Strolls as well as these straps (to attach to Britax Marathon seats), and compared them both prior to our flights. We are REALLY happy we chose to go with the straps. It eliminated the need for two more hands to carry either car seats or the additional luggage, and saved us a bunch of money compared to the Sit-N-Strolls.

When passing through the metal detector, we simply kept the top ring attached to the car seat. No Problem.

One note: I have an older (I don't even think they make them any more) carry-on that has a solid extension handle, which didn't have a place for the top strap to pass through. We had to use a case with a more common handle.

Love it!

While we did not put our son in the carseat while it was attached to the suitcase, this did a wonderful job of allowing us to wheel the carseat through the airports. We put our son in his stroller which we checked at the gate and he had his own seat on the plane so this was perfect. Much less expensive than the other options and it works great!

This is an absolute LIFE SAVER!!! I am a single mom who likes to travel to visit family with my 20 mth old son. We are going to Reno soon and this is going to be the first time he will have his own seat. Before, I would just have him, the stroller, and our carry-on (which was bad enough in itself) but this time it would be him in his stroller with a heavy car seat on my back plus our carry on. Since we will have a connecting flight in Dallas/Ft Worth, I would have to do this multiple times. With the Traveling Toddler, all I will have to do is push my carry-on!!! I am so excited! The materials are pretty heavy duty (which equals durable) and I realize they may not have cost much to make, but this is worth it's weight in DIAMONDS for ease of use and peace of mind! I will be recommending this to all the families I know!

This was just what we needed for our trip to Jamaica. We strapped the (Graco Eddie Bauer) car seat on a 22" carry-on and then strapped our 3 year old in and it worked like a charm. We made sure that the top tether of the latch system for the car seat was as close to the car seat as possible and didn't have any problems with it scraping the ground.
br /
br /We got down all those long runways with ease. I read earlier reviews and thought it might be a pain to get on and off to go through the x-ray machines but we had no problem.
br /
br /It gave me peace of mind knowing she was right with my luggage and she loved the ride. We didn't have to worry about lugging the car seat either. However, I think the best part was the looks and comments we got from people at the airports. It was well work the money.

I recently traveled alone with my 1 yr old and the traveling toddler made the trip very easy for me. While the straps are thin and seemed too flimsy to hold the carseat and the child, it worked like a charm and my child was very happy riding along on the rolling luggage (either pushed forward or pulled behind me). I would definitely recommend this product to any traveling parent.

So, we were headed for California from Texas with our 17 month old and I had to bring her carseat with us...I had seen the other option where the carseat snapped or slid onto basically wheels and a handle, but it was like 80 bucks(!) and I would still have to roll any luggage we had PLUS our daughter. This product was awesome - attaching the carseat to an already existing rolling carryon was genius! It's a MUST-BUY!

It made catching connecting flights a lot easier with our 19 month old!

Greatly improved traveling with a carseat. We didn't use as a stroller, but it made managing suitcases, a double stroller and 2 kids much easier!
Only drawback is it is a little tricky to get seat on and balanced correctly. But definitely worth it, especially since it is such an affordable option.

I have used this product twice. I used it the first time with my infant car seat. Of course my child was not inside. I planned on getting a bigger carseat for the travel back. It worked okay, considdering it was not designed for the infant carseat. It is a bit of a pain to take on and off at the security points. When we traveled with it using the Alpha Omega Elite it worked well. Took a bit to get it to really fit on the bag well, and it was a good sized carry on bag. We had a stroller as well and more or less used this to move the carseat. We did strap her in it just to check out how it works and it was fine. I think it was a good idea and a good buy since its not pricey. You can stick it in your bag and just pull it out of needed. Overall a good product.

I recently traveled alone with my 2 year old son. I knew I had to bring his car seat on the plane to keep him confined, but I wasn't sure how I was going to manage him and everything else I needed on my own. This worked very well. Two problems I ran into were 1) I had to disassemble the cart seat and suitcase every time we went through a security check and 2) you need to be sure you have a durable suitcase with strong wheels and handle to support both the car seat and your child. I would reccommend this product. Happy Traveling!

I can't believe no one thought of this before! Once we figured out exactly how tight the LATCH straps needed to be getting the car seat attached was a breeze and it was so much simpler than lugging and individual car seat, stroller and luggage through the airport with a toddler in tow (we had done that 3 times in the past and were pretty banged up after each trip)! On our one trip we got at least a dozen inquiries from other parents in the airport. This is the best 15$ a parent who travels could ever spend.

My only issue was if the luggage is older it can definately work againt the pull handle on the suitcase and cause it to collapse while in use. This can be alleviated by pulling the suitcase behind you instead of pushing it in front of you like a stroller. Happy travels!

I recieved this item as a gift and boy was I thankful. I have used this product traveling all over the country. I travel alone so the convience and easy of the product was a necessity for me. The product is very easy, economical and durable. Being that I purchase a seat for my daughter (at the time 11 months old) I was able to attach the seat to the carry-on laugage with no problem and my daughter enjoyed being wheeled around the airport. Just leave the top ring attached as it goes through security and it is a breaze to hook back up at the other end. It does take a minute to hook up but what doesnt take time at security. As we where transfering planes in several airports those parents with the stroll and go ask where I got this and were shock as to how little I paid. I have a britax and havent tried it out on it because I travle with my other car seat the greco because it is one of the only car seats that is allowed on the plane that fits in the seat. My britax is to wide across. the best part there are no add parts. Just leave the top strap connected when inseting the car seat in the car or going through security and it is always there. Knowing that someone is making millions off of a $15.00 item makes me wish I came up with the idea. I am glad someone is thinking about the economical factor and convience for parents when traveling with children. THANK YOU FOR MAKING SUCH A WONDERFUL PRODUCT.

As a side note..those that do travel with infants..southwest and frontier are the only two airlines that will offer 1/2 price seating if you purchase a seat and bring a car seat on board. thank god there are airlines out there that put safety before profits. Yes they can fly for free in a seat if there is an empty seat..but lets get real when was there a empty seat.

We took this on our first plane trip with our 15 month old. He's a pretty big guy (97th percentile for weight & height) so we were a little concerned about how well it would hold up plus we have the Britax Boulevard which is a large carseat. It worked perfectly! We had so many comments from other traveling parents who where pushing around strollers and carrying their carseats asking us where we got it. People even thought we must be "seasoned" travelers. One piece of advice, a bag with a longer handle plus one that locks is highly recommended. Ours were neither and while we didn't have any major problems, it would have made things easier.

While it is a bit pricey for a nylon strap, it totally does the trick & proved to be quite useful while traveling alone with my 3 year old. I was able to get her strapped to the luggage upon arrival at the airport without even waking her up, which made the wait in line for check-in so much more bearable! And it was a great way to carry the car seat and luggage out of baggage claim. There's no way I could have carried the seat on my back, rolled the luggage, and held my daughter's hand all at the same time. At baggage claim I just strapped the seat to the luggage, then strapped my daughter into the seat, and out the door we went.

This is absolutely awesome. We loved the fact that it attaches easily with your latch straps. When not in use, just stow away in the front pocket of your luggage. No bulky device. No special carseat to purchase. It works with your carseat as long as it has latch straps. Plus no need to haul the thing on your back! It attaches to your wheeled carryon pullman luggage! We looked at the Backpak that you use to strap your carseat onto your back, but chose this because you could just attach to your luggage and wheel it. No aching back. We loved it. Also, we were able to strap our 20lb toddler into his carseat WHILE attached to the luggage, and pulled him around the airport! He loved it! So we knew where he was at all times too! You should know that we used it with the Graco Platinum Carseat/Booster, a relatively lightweight seat. AWESOME!

I bought the Traveling Toddler before a long trip with several layovers. We were taking our 2 year old's carseat. This strap was the best thing EVER. It attached very easily in about 2 minutes (less as I got better at doing it). It allowed my husband to only have to care for our daughter while I easily pulled all of our carryon baggage in one piece. Even during the one very fast layover where we literally ran from one of the Denver airport to the other, I had no problem pulling our carryon, carseat, and several small bags.

The picture on the package shows you being able to actually use it as a stroller. This might be true if you have a very solid carryon. Ours is cheap, though, and I'm sure couldn't handle the weight of our toddler in her carseat. But I didn't intend to use it that way anyway. Instead, what we got was a great way to attach our seat to our luggage and a great, SAFE place for our daughter to sit where she couldn't run off.

I highly recommend buying the traveling Toddler. It's way cheaper than buying a fancy carseat dolly and it is so small that it easily stores in your suitcase when not in use.

We were all the rage at the airport driving our daughter through the terminal on the suitcase. The strap strikes me as a bit expensive for what it is, essentially a T luggage strap with hooks on the end, but it worked perfectly.

Our daughter enjoyed riding around the airport and I enjoyed pulling her quickly instead of putting her in a carrier on my back and limiting how much can be carried over my arm.

The straps are sturdy and the directions are very clear. Simple to use and works great. I definitely recommend it.

This attachment made our trip to the airport so much easier! Everyone thought it was super clever and useful. It was easy to use and made carrying our 2yr. old and her stuff a breeze! I would suggest that you place all of your "must haves" in the luggage itself in the event there is lost luggage. We also put my daughter's DVD player and toys in as well. Having her safely secured in her car seat on the plane was perfect for my active child who would have most certainly squirmed out of the seat belt and created havoc on the plane.
One other tip is to have your toddler on a child safety leash/backpack (we have the one that looks like a stuffed monkey from Wal Mart) throughout the airport to burn off that energy, then by the time you need to have them secured in the seat, he/she is ready for a nap.
Going thru security took a little more coordination but because we didn't have to carry that much, it wasn't that hard. Good luck, this is a great product!

A little pricey for what it actually is...but totally worth it. My son is 18 months and 27 lbs- no issue pushing him around...he loved it and wanted to sit in his seat and be pushed! When getting on flights, most flight attendants didn't realize that it wasn't an actual stroller!

This product worked very well for our trip. It was very easy to hook or unhook the car seat from my travel bag. A great option than rather buying the more pricey travel car seats. I will definitely be using this product again.

Very Helpful, but a little difficult to attach...

We used this with our 3 year old almost 4 as we traveled to Denver. The airport we left from was very small so there was no need to use it, but once we got to Denver it became our lifesaver. We had practiced with it a little before the trip, so my husband and I would be familiar with how it works, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND practicing prior to arriving at the airport. My son rode comfortably in his Britax Marathon while we navigated the very large and spread out Denver airport. It really saved us time, because he was tired and we could have never carried him through the airport. If you are traveling with a toddler, this is a must have.

This is a fantastic idea, and it works! We used it recently for our trip to Arizona and it was great. Between my husband and I we had 2 suitcases, 1 golf bag, an umbrella stroller and the car seat. This little invention made it easy for us to attach the car seat onto one of the suitcase, leaving us with just the other bag, the stroller and the golf bag to drag around.
br /I would recommend practicing at home before heading for the airport as this can be quite tricky to attach to the bag. My husband is normally very calm but I've seen him get angry because he couldn't get it to work. The trick for us was to pull the handle on the car seat to put it in the recline position, that way it fitted better.
br /You will have to unstrap the seat to go through security so just make sure you know how to do it properly and it will only take a minute to put back.
br /People in the airport were commenting on how clever it was and our daughter was happy riding in it. We used the suitcase/seat combo as our stroller in the airport which was very handy. We could even wheel her in the plane and only had to unstrap it once we reached our seat. I would imagine that in some plane the aisle might be too narrow to allow you to do that.
br /Overall a great product and most importantly if feels safe to use.

I checked out the Sit N Stroll and the Go Go Kidz TravelMate before deciding to try the Traveling Toddler. The Sit N Stroll seemed really great, switched easily from car seat to stroller and would have been one less thing to travel with, but the back recline does not adjust and it was too far back for my 2 year old to use as a stroller all day. I really liked the Traveling Toddler. It works great. It's a little annoying that you have to take it apart to go through security etc but it's easy enough to put back together. I used the largest carry-on I was allowed and it worked beautifully. My daughter loves her carseat (Britax Marathon) and was loving sitting in and being pushed around. (Make sure your carry-on pull locks upright or you can't push it in front of you, you'll have to pull it and I found it easier to push.) I saw someone else with the Go Go thing and it looks great but for nearly triple the price, I got this one since I don't fly often. A must-have if you need the car seat on the plane or your destination b/c you can also check the car seat and use this strap before/after in the airport instead of carrying it.

This works as described. There is no perfect way to get through the airport with luggage and a car seat, but this was helpful. If only we didn't have to separate the car seat and suit case during the security screening.

I am 5 months pregnant, so the less stuff I travel with, the better. Before I found this product, I was a little stressed out about traveling alone with my toddler from Florida to California. My toddler is 17 months old and weighs 24 lbs. She has a Britax Marathon car seat, so it's not small at all. The carry-on I attached her car seat to was small (16 inch long). I loaded it up with entertainment for my toddler, so it was nice and full. It worked great! Going through security was easy. While in-line, I took my toddler out of her car seat and had her hold on to me while I released the straps from the suitcase. Make sure you don't release the top strap. That way, it's always attached to your car seat and reattaching your car seat will be a faster process after going through security. When you attach the straps, it fits a little snug, so you might need some upper arm strength. However, I have no upper strength and I was able to do it. This product works great! The tough part was carrying the car seat down the Southwest Airlines airplane aisle. (If you're on an International flight, your carrier will most likely have wide aisles and you'll be able to walk right up to your seat with your toddler still attached to your suitcase.) As soon as I walked into the plane, I left my carry-on with a flight attendant. Once I found a seat, she brought it to me. If you need help with your car seat as well, they'll help you with it too.
br /After reading reviews for similar traveling products, I decided that this was the best one. At first, I was going to purchase the Go Go Kidz Travelmate, but then I read that it didn't fit through some airport security machines and at this point you had to detach the wheels which involved unscrewing some screws (a bit time consuming). When traveling in airports, you need a simple, easy and fast product to use. This is the product for you.

This thing is awesome!

Once you get the hang of attaching it, this thing is great! Our daughter thought it was so cool, she wanted to ride in the car seat attached to the suitcase rather than in the stroller. It also tucks away in a pocket when you don't need it so you can take it anywhere -- the only downside of this is trying to remember where you tucked it away!

This product worked very well. We were able to wheel our heavy car seat AND child around the airport easily. Disconnecting the car seat from the carry-on at the gate took 2 seconds, also very nice. And the strap that holds the seat to your bag fits in your pocket. If you have a sturdy, wheeling carry-on, I highly recommend this product.

I had to travel with my 2-yr old daughter on a business trip recently and found this item online. It provided a very inexpensive and easy solution to taking her and her car seat through the airport quickly. With it, I didn't have to check luggage and was able to wheel her around with ease. I had looked into buying the convertible car seat that has wheels - but it cost over $250. This product was under $20 and worked just as well!!

We used this for our 6 month old who is out of the carseat carrier. We didn't use it as a "stroller", but used it to carry around her car seat in the airport. Loved it! It is a great product. Much cheaper than the other car seat products - even a bag! It is a simple item - but ingenious and made our trip much easier. We did take this off before we boarded the plane though because it is quite awkward to try to take off the clips, put the carry-on luggage in the top compartment, put the car seat in the chair, and deal with an infant! On the way back, we took off the clips and the process went much smoother (or maybe we figured out how to do things better!). Love this product!

I recently traveled with my 16-month-old when we had to evacuate away from hurricane Gustav. My husband had to go elsewhere for his job, so I was flying with my daughter by myself. This product was so helpful. As long as you do a trial run at home before using it for the first time, you'll be fine. The hardest part is making sure the LATCH straps are adjusted just right. I found it easier to pull rather than push, especially over carpet in the airport.
br /Disassembling for airport security can be a hassle (especially without an extra set of hands) but if you think it through and give yourself plenty of time it works out. I even had TSA people remark how ingenious the product was and ask if they could help me put it all back together after we got through the checkpoint.
br /The only downside is the price, but after using it once, I'm sure I'll use it again and get my money's worth! And it's much better than buying one of those car seats on wheels!

I was wary of this product after the negative reviews posted. I do agree that it's priced too high, but it did its job! My child is 20 months, 25 lbs., and 35 inches. We have a Britax carseat. I had no problem getting the seat to fit on the luggage or removing/reattaching for security and boarding. My daughter said, "Wheee!" the whole time. The only problem was the luggage wheels-the rubber shredded off. Could've been due to pushing her through the parking lot on asphalt...Too much friction under her weight, perhaps?
br /This little strap helped out very much.

After researching different options in which to travel with a car seat, I came across anything and everything ranging from $80 to $160, most of them being an entire car seat with wheels rather than simply an attachment to use with an existing car seat. After finding this item and reading all of the positive reviews, we tried it out; can't beat the price! Worked like a charm on our Britax Blvd. with our two year old daughter. I would suggest practicing the attachment at home and with the child before using it at the airport to alleviate any stress in figuring it out and it does need to be taken apart to go through security. We didn't try using the suitcase and the seat attached when we boarded the plane after reading some other reviews that said it didn't fit up the airplane aisle. Our daughter is on the tall end, so she did have to hold her legs up when we were pulling her and you do have to be careful with turning, doorways, and/or aisles remembering that there are appendages hanging off of your suitcase (i.e. child's feet). She loved it, and we loved it as we were able to transport her car seat, use it on the plane, and not have to deal with a stroller in the airport! Amazing purchase and highly recommended!

We just test drove this product with our Britax Marathon's and this strap certainly does its job. Setup is easy. The rings at the end of the 3 way strap simply clip into the carseat's LATCH side clips and the rear top clip. The only straps that need to be adjusted are the side straps to tighten the carseat onto the luggage. Contrary to one of the few negative reviews for this item, you do not need to lay your luggage on the ground to attach the strap and the carseat. It's actually quite easy.
br /
br /You will feel a bit disappointed when this item arrives. All you get is a box and a 3 way strap with D rings on each end. I'm sure this item cost less than a $1 to manufacture. That said, it does its job and this $15 strap is much cheaper than the $80 Travel Mate which only carries the carseat (rather than both the carseat and the rolling carry-on luggage) and appears to be a pain to setup and detach.
br /
br /When you roll the luggage with the carseat, you will have to exert downward force on the extended handle. The outboard weight of the carseat and the Tot simply changes the balance of the luggage such that while rolling it down the terminal the luggage would rather stay upright. This is a little awkward but the ability to roll the luggage, carseat, and the Tot together more than makes up for the awkwardness.
br /
br /Overall, I'm glad I found this alternative to the Travel Mate. Aengus

We recently went on vacation with our 11 mnth old baby. I purchased the Traveling Toddler in preparation for the trip. I did a test run of it with my roll-aboard suitcase ( to adjust for fit ) with and without the baby installed in the carseat. The carseat that we used was a Cosco Senera. I highly recommend a dry run at home before you get to the airport.
br /This was the one item I purchased for the trip that made traveling with the Baby Stress Free!!! It worked wonderfully. We were able to check the stroller when we checked the luggage. And we just wheeled the baby from gate to gate using the Traveling Toddler attached to the Roll-aboard suitcase (The roll-aboard suitcase I use is 21" tall). And the Baby really enjoyed the ride. A very simply design that Really Works. I Highly Recommend IT!
br /I feel that the Traveling Toddler was worth every penny! It is the most reasonably priced travel accessory available that I have found and it works Great Too!!! I will be Recommending this to all of my Friends with babies for Air Travel.

I bought this for my grandson. He is only two but this item did not work for him. His mother tried to use it to help her get through the air port. Unfortunately, she was unable to move the suitcase with the car seat attached and ended up having to carry the car seat in her hand while holding her toddler's hand and also toting a 7 mth old in a sling. They need to put in their ad that their is a weight limit so someone else does not waste their money as I did.

Our car seat and rolling suitcase were within the product's specs but the car seat frequently scraped the floor. We followed the instructions to the letter and we tightened the LATCH straps as far as they would go, but the seat was still quite wobbly. I wouldn't dream of using it as a stroller. On the return trip, we simply gave up and hand-carried the car seat through the airport, which was no picnic when we already had two young children and other carry-ons to deal with.

I used this to travel from Boston to Dallas. It fit great and I was very excited to have both my child and my suitcase rolling with one hand. However, it was SO inconvenient when going through security. I had to unlatch it from the bag and then re-latch after all the hoops they make you jump through these days while holding my 9 month old. Then, when I gate-checked it, they wouldn't give me my bag back with the carseat when changing planes because "they aren't allowed to return baggage". !? Maybe it was just the airline I flew (Midwest) but I imagine it's probably similar on most airlines. So, I had to carry my baby through the airport. It would have been better to bring a real stroller and just check everything (which I did on our next trip).
br /
br /So, don't do this unless you know for sure you can have it back when changing planes. If you aren't changing planes you still have to re-latch it after exiting the plane which is a pain b/c you have 200 people exiting with you and you want to bend down and configure a carseat onto a carry on bag with a baby/toddler in tow.
br /
br /It was a real bummer.

I listened to the postive reviews instead of the negative ones and bought this overpriced thing. It isn't as easy as described and has been awkward to use in the trial run at home so I'm not going to bother using it at the airport. YOU BUY CHEAP, YOU GET CHEAP! I'm going to break down and spend the money to get the sit n stroll carseat/stroller. I really wish I had listened to the negative reveiws which turned out the be the accurate ones for me.

This is a very poorly designed product. It does not work well at all. We have returned this. My husband bought some materials from a home materials store and made an absolutely great one for less than $3.00. This is a horrible product. Either save your money and make your own (not hard at all) or else spend the money on a better design.

Yesterday, I ordered the traveling toddler online through Amazon. It was shipping from Happy Mothers, so I went on their site to track it. When I did, I realized they were sending me a completely different item! One called the Tote-a-tot, which looks like a cheaper version of the same idea, with some kind of back pack thing. I had to call Happy Mothers, and then they had to manually adjust my order so that I would get the correct item. Now, it will take 6-7 days just for them to ship the correct item. Hopefully, I'll get the correct one!

Works fine, but be prepared to be disappointed with what gets shipped to you. I'm all for rewarding innovative products and the investment in idea and prototyping, but this is ridiculous. It probably cost less than a buck to make!

Also, i should have frankly thought it thru more. The time you will actually be able to strap your kids seat to your baggage will be minimal. For me it would be the distance between the kerb and check-in, about 200yrs...not worth it frankly. After that, the seat is usually on my back like a backpack as we battle security...hey keeps the chiropractic industry going right!!!!

Do yourself a favor and put your $20 to better use.
